We've never been to Beville's Northland before but last week my mum and I was assisted by Lily. And it was a 5/5 experience. Lily helped my mum picked the right diamond earrings and ring.

A big thank you to Alenka and Lily for their patience, professionalism and fabulous customer service yesterday at the Northland store. We purchased 3 watches in total and they offered to remove the links from one of our watches complimentary. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and gave us a great price too. Thank you lovely ladies. We will definitely be back.

Very happy with the service at Beville’s Northland. Have recently purchased several items and have always received positive and helpful customer service. Staff go out of their way to find a product or address a problem. Always a consistent experience.

Walked into the Store, was In there for a few minutes Not Greeted at all
A Older Woman was on Her Mobile Phone behind the Counter.
No wonder the Consumer is now buy online. NOT HAPPY

I don't like writing bad reviews, but have had 3 terrible experiences in this shop, all similar. Each time was not greeted and took ten mins to get someone's attention, staff member seemed uninterested in what we wanted and talked over me, wouldn't let my partner try on rings then tried to upsell from a $40 ring to $500 and was so pushy about it I walked out without what I went in there to get. Won't be going back.

Walked in the store and was attended by Lily. She is amazing, so passionate and efficient. Never met anyone so dedicated and with excellent customer service skills. Our experience was lovely and found exactly what we wanted.

The worst service in this shop i came for change the small ring but the staff was very confused she talk with another costumer while i talk with her! At the end she doesn’t service me I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

I had an excellent customer service from a young lady working in the Northland shop. The muslim girl wearing a hejab was super helpful! I felt bad as I took alot of her time choosing items for my goddaughters birthday, but she was so beautiful and patient! So sweet and kind, she showed me so many options and answered all my queries. Well done bevilles, great customer service. I will be shopping here again.

Just in the Northland store and buying a pair of sterling silver earrings for my nieces bday in two weeks. Lily the assistant store manger was very helpful in organising a fresh pair for me from head office. The service by Lily and her staff was super efficient amd friendly considering the busy store with the sale happening. Great to be looked after and having my needs met. Job well done!

Northland shopping centre
The service there is shocking, very pushy, the Asian lady who served me decided she would overcharge me on earnings which were advertised at half price in the catalogue try to charge full and push me out the door before I stood my ground.not caring about the customer only about how much you will spend.absolutely rude.
Would only care if your spending big dollars.made to feel like your a second rate customer.disgusting

I brought a ring and I wanted it re sized. I ordered it on the 20th October 2019 and I'm still waiting for it now (JULY 2020)
I paid a $1,300 deposit which they are not returning either.
Shame on you.

I've bought several pieces of Bevilles jewellery in the last year or so, from this store and a couple of other nearby stores. Costing just over $600 all up. And most pieces were bought during a 50% off sale, so their so-called values should be worth more than I paid.
I'm starting to think that much of their gold jewellery isn't entirely gold, because most of them have become discoloured and tarnished very quickly.
I've bought a bracelet, anklet, necklace and ring. And I paid decent prices for each piece.
The cheapest was the thin anklet that I paid $90 for. The only piece that has remained looking new and shiny, is the necklace.
Now, I don't wear my jewellery all the time, either. In fact, I'd only ever wear them every couple of months or so whenever I had a special event to attend. The anklet I've worn only a handful of times and only during the warmer months.
And I never wear my jewellery in the shower. Only the ring (which I've only worn twice and cost $170) got wet a few times when I went to the toilet and washed my hands.
Yet, the ring was already discoloured by the time I went to pick it up the third time to put it on.
Extremely disappointed about this. And unfortunately, I won't be purchasing anything else from Bevilles, ever again.

I brought an engagement ring on the 31st of July and sent it to be resized, they said and they wrote on the receipt that the ring will be ready on the 10th of August. I booked a restaurant, hotel and brought flowers, but when I called for the ring they said that the ring wasn't ready because they made a mistake in telling me and writing on the receipt that it was 10 business days, I was very disappointed that no one called me to notify that the ring is not ready, so I called them and they said sorry 100 times and that the ring will be ready on Wednesday 14th of August. I organized everything again for Thursday evening, but I went to the shop to pick it up and again they said that the ring isn't ready because the jeweller is sick, so it will be ready next week, and again no one called me to say anything and sincerely if the jeweller it is sick its not my problem, people spend money to have a good service, not to have the problem of the store.

This is the worst service I have had in my life, very disappointed, I don't know how people run businesses and how a big national brand like this let incompetent people to manage their stores.

Bought few items few times today I went to buy earring to Mach Bracelet bought from another branch. I got gift box for rings instead I asked for bag wasn’t happy to give me, was very bad service.
