I found the staff at this store to be absolutely fabulous They're very helpful, respectful and have an awesome sense of humour. Thank you ladies I'll be coming back to business with you lot xx

Store is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated Knox Shopping Centre (still in progress). It is at the Woolworths end however this could change, as its not currently in a 'finished' shop. All you expect: rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, earrings etc in gold and silver. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a nightmare at Bevilles, (15/09/2022 at 6: 00 pm) the lady who was serving me, (short height with black hair) was very rude and helpless, calling her self shop manager and same time calling herself a lawyer she was trying to scare me that she knows everything being a lawyer. She didn’t return my item as it was clearly mentioned on the invoice return accepted in 2 weeks and made a false excuse it’s look likely been worn. On asking about shop policy She ripped my invoice and on requesting to print a new invoice she called the security. She should learn some manners, customer service and should know the shop policy.
Horrible experience. Please don’t waste your time there at knox Bevilles.
I peacefully returned my item at other Bevilles shop.

The lady who served us was incredibly rude. She was a short brown haired lady who had a massive attitude. We were in the store on the 30th January 2022 at 10: 33am. Please teach her how to treat customers.

If I could give a zero I would. I did a click and collect order and went to pick my items up from
the store at Knox. At first the older lady on the desk was lovely and wished me a happy new year but as soon as I said I have a Click and Collect to pick up, she quickly walked away! I thought she didn’t heat me so I walked over to where she went and she just pointed at me to sit over there. No help what so ever. So clearly after you’ve purchased something they don’t give a f@&#! Rude, useless and definitely should not be working in customer services. Well I won’t be back…EVER

I will NEVER shop at this store again! I visited the store today and they completely ignored me for 25 minutes, so I left! They need to desperately teach their Staff about Customer Service.

I wish I could give zero star, I went there to increase the size of the ring that I bought about a year ago, the ring was over $1500. I was expecting a better customer service. The lady who served me was very rude when I said I want to increase the size of the ring, she replied without hesitation "do you have Arthritis? " what kind of customer service is this! How come she thought she can just comment on that. I am not sure how she got that idea either as I do not have Arthritis, and even if someone has it, it is so unprofessional and disrespectful to comment on that. I really wanted to make a official complaint but my partner said let it go, it does not worth your time. It was the most horrible experience I ever had. I will never go back there again ever.

I’m a retail manager of a pharmacy and this was the most awful customer service! Was ignored because I was dressed in a hoodie and beanie! Was the only person who left the store actually purchasing something lol discriminative, judgemental staff!

Would not recommend at all. I had the worst experience with them over needing a new ring size. I had come in on four separate occasions to find out where it is and they gave me four different excuses as to why it wasn't ordered yet, only on the fifth visit they said they had no record of me ever coming in and that it would be another two weeks.

WARNING! Shocking service! Sold faulty product and no refund. Consumer affairs is tge only way to deal with this store and complaint to head office. Would never buy from this store again!

It was ok.
I didn't like how the sales lady pretended that she was giving me a great deal but wasn't meant to. She quickly took the price tag away and said she'd try to work something out for me.
I was given the price that was on the tag as I got a glance at it before she took it off. It was a clearance item and listed at the same price online.
I don't like people who treat me like a fool. This left me with an unpleasant opinion of Brevilles and their sales tactics. I wish I could remember her name, all a can recall is that it began with S.

Bevilles Jewellers where do i start!

I purchased an Engagement Ring for my partner back in 2016.
From 2016 to NOW i have sent the ring back 3 times as the Diamond's fell out all 3 times. We then got a offer to pick another ring so as we did selected a bigger ring and obviously not much more than what i paid for the first ring. So i think 3 months after selecting the ring it fell apart. So 2 Rings and sent back for repair 4 times. We still now haven't heard anything from head office stating how they would look after us and how they want us to be happy considering. HONESTLY people we have been neglected and forgotten about and i think it's absolutely disgusting that they don't communicate with there customers. We are now left with bad memories and no happy ending.

WORST PLACE EVER.
