Beville’s your customer service team is a joke I purchased a diamond ring online in a size L and was sent a size (N) 2 sizes bigger so I called this morning pretty upset over the whole situation an your customer service representative was not even apologetic over the whole thing after I explained I was sent the wrong size and asked how does that even happen? She then went on to say I can return it for a refund are you kidding me I want the ring I purchased in the correct size she then said she will have to see if they have it then I explained well if that’s the case and you don’t have it I think I would be entitled to have it resized at no charge she then went on to say it can’t be resized as it will compromise the ring this must be the biggest load of bull I’ve ever heard so how do people purchase rings if they can’t be resized not everyone has the same size fingers. I’m actually fuming over this and I’ll be taking this further.

Ordered online so I'm not sure which location it shipped from. Found the perfect anklet for my mum's birthday, happened to be 50% (win!). Got free shipping (win again) and it was delivered on the 3rd business day - super fast!
The gift box that it came in is lovely, and the "thank you" card with the CEO's message is such a kind, warm touch. Overall, the entire buying experience was fantastic.
Hopefully it fits her!

I went back to Bevilles and there still not going to do anything regarding my ring that has missing diamonds and saying that it is 4 years old and to worn to repair and she then went on to say that I abused the ring by the way that I wore it! I replied well we both know that there are other avenues that I can still go down as I have spoken with the ACCC this morning and said that I can go down Consumer rights with the ring not wearing as expected. The store manager said that they were not going to touch my ring that didn’t come from there and it had to be resized to far as an excuse! I said good I know it didn’t come from here and that’s why it has lasted… then I said what about my other ring and she goes what other ring so I pulled out all the repair dockets and said WOW I’m not lying and she first tried to say isn’t that the one you picked up yesterday and I replied NO. She then went to the computer and said they will be sending that one back tomorrow as well. I then told her that I will be going through the consumer rights and taking it further. She tried to tell me that the ring had not been repaired before and I said I have photos of it and then had to find them and she said well it is not on our system and I replied that is not my fault that your record keeping isn’t up to scratch and I don’t call me a lier and she said don’t put words in my mouth and I did not say that, I replied well there is the proof and she said that is back in 2020 and I replied so it would of been out of the warranty and I said warranty and consumer rights are two different thing as you should know?

Wish Bevilles Jewellers had better understanding of consumers protection law. I purchased diamond stud earrings valued at $1,299 and the backing kept falling off. I had the backings replaced three times and still have the same issue making them a faulty item. I emailed their customer service depart asking for a refund and they tried to tell me under warranty policy that there isn't anything they can do. I sent them the ACCC website to provide them with the correct resources and am waiting for them to get their head around it. Absolute joke. Please do yourself a favour and don't purchase their cheap products!

I can’t express my gratitude to Fin, she has gone up and way beyond any employee I believe would ever do, she turned around a what was a really upsetting situation for myself and take it personally on board to get my purchase item to me almost Immediately and in her own personal time!

Purchased an engagement ring from Bevilles, after 3 weeks one of the diamonds came out i contacted Bevilles they told me to send it back to them which i did 1month ago and still havent heard from them. Its very bad customer service after all whose engagement ring looses diamonds after 3 weeks, i am so upset its taken all the excitement out of my engagement and now they are using covid for an excuse not to get back to me im disgusted.

Why does this company randomly gave my phone number and personal info when I have never shopped here or opted in, EVER, to SMS details?

The amount of 1 star reviews for not delivering what was paid for is disgusting - have a read people!

ACCC should read this and remember, if you get lip service you're covered by Australian Consumer LAW.

Bought a product online, was sent a different, cheaper product after 10 days (express post requested.). Bevilles refused to send the advertised product for the price I had purchased it for, despite it being in stock. Customer service advised "despite all reasonable precautions on our part, this website cannot be guaranteed to be error free". Beware - you may not get what you ordered online. They will waste your time and just give you your money back after a few weeks for their error. Stay away!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, breach of contract and confidentiality. Ruthless from head office, (who refused to identify herself and position within the company, yet claimed the buck stops at her) minimised the issue and stated in a recorded call, that there was no misconduct whatsoever, but then admitted that it warranted an investigation after I made it very clear that every other bevilles employee I had spoken had contradicted her stance and in fact apologised as they understood the wrong actions carried out at the Frankston store by very unhappy employees. Ruthless also defended her subordinates decision to label me a sexist, after I had stated a simple fact regarding the dominance of women within certain sectors of society during my initial phone conversation with a head office junior. Apparently men are not allowed to state inconvenient facts without being labelled a sexist in 2020. As a result of Bevilles mismanagement and appalling privacy policy, my 10 year old son was robbed of his Christmas gift which has left him absolutely shattered. As for me personally I will never shop at bevilles again as they cannot be trusted with basic finance contracts. And when trying to make sense of it all "Ruth" the customer service officer's patronizing and dismissive attitude towards the whole incident was the icing on the cake and the only reason I am making my very first product review. Thank you Ruthless for giving me an insight into the toxic company culture at head office and for demonstrating a complete disregard to the inflammatory accusations made by the simple minded employee that work under your command. After reading the horror stories that your ex employees have posted online about the way this business operates, it becomes clearer to see how negligence by Bevilles staff is just a symptom of the narcissistic attitude displayed by Ruthless who finds pleasure in belittling her customers and gaslighting them with a condescending 'bad luck' approach to a very serious breach in privacy. Unfortunately for Ruth, head of customer service at Bevilles the buck stops at VCAT in my book and not with you.

So far have purchased 2 diamond rings that had stones fall out from. Recently purchased chains which repairs damaged. Bevilles are not interested, won’t guarantee their work. Nothing like having no faith in yourself, last shop there for me.

This review is for biggest influential personality of bevilles employee umesh.i went to chadstone store to buy a diamond ring for my mother for 35th anniversary.this guy has a charm of selling and make everyone to listne to him, i think he is famous on television in India, i have seen him on TV as well.literally, i was very happy with his customer service and way of presentation.he made one fan.i am going to hire him for my logistic business.must visit bevilles and get served by umesh

I bought a personalised necklace at Bevilles and they engraved it. The engraving was barely visible and looked nothing like it did on the pictures online. The store sent it back to head office and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I recently had an engraver engrave another piece of Jewelry and the standard was amazing compared to the amateur and appalling job done by Bevilles, whereby you require a magnifying glass to read the engraving.

Very patient and attentive service by Umesh.i have bought a seiko's watch from cbd store on sunday and i tried to test young champ in beville's store and staff name was (umesh) i have already knew about that watch but i was trying to pull young champ's leg. Unfortunately i was not successful because the information he has given to me it was surprising and mind blowing.way of presentation was too good and loved to go back to bevilles and get served only by umesh only.

Very unhappy with bevilles staff, online order & paid $12.95 express. Was contacted to say would be minor delay sourcing one item from order.
It's been a week & still no order, no refund for the $12.95 express I paid & dismissive, rude, hopeless staff members when called regarding issue and the fact I shouldn't have to pay express for an item that's delayed due to sourcing issues.
Yes they will send express when item is sent by them eventually, but I expected this order 48 hours max with express at time of sale. They should have refunded the express post as an apology for THEIR DELAY!
Essentially I'm paying $12.95 for postage that has taken longer then their free standard post! Buyers beware, they sell items online that they struggle to stock & will take ages to get in.
Part of the same order had to be refunded as they took my money & had no actual ring in stock & took them 4 days to refund it! & Now postal issues too! Plus rude staff.
I'm also sick of getting answering machines every time I call head office, every dam department has answering machines and no one likes to answer their phones.
Very poor service bevilles & I think you will lose a loyal customer who has bought a lot. I will shop elsewhere in future!

Disappointing Service. The lady over the phone was argumentative and rude from the head office. It took nearly 2 months for my order to arrive. I left decent and genuine feedback about my experience and they terminated my account.
