Bevilles Jewellers Geelong

I used to go onto a jewellers and everything was special and carefully packed. Unfortunately the staff are not adequately trained.

I had a lovely experience with Bevilles Geelong today, Sanshya served me and she was so lovely, bubbly and helpful! I will definitely be asking for her again next time I need to purchase jewellery, and I would recommend her to anyone shopping at Bevilles! Thank you again ️

Firstly Tom went above and beyond. He ordered my ring in then text me to say it had arrived. Brendan was also extremely helpful with amazing customer service. One very happy customer

The store manager was easy to deal with. She was really bright and bubbly and really knows her stuff. We went shopping at all the other stores and she was the only one who took the time to get know us, our needs and teach us along the way. I’ll be back again for sure.

Lots of sign for discount but mine apparently full price after been told they have fantastic discounts which only last for 2 days, not so professional and friendly customer service.

Lovely customer service and not too full on and in my face like other stores. The girls let you have a browse and just ask if you need help or any assistance once they can see you look up from the windows. They read me well because I can’t stand being bombarded by sales staff in stores.

Went in to look at a wedding ring I had seen online, only to be ignored by the four women working behind the counter. Far too busy talking gossip, laughing and carrying on than to even ask if anyone (not just myself) needed assistance or help. I was recommended to go to Bevilles but I wouldn’t buy anything from this store if that is how staff treat customers and behave in front of customers. Sack the lot of them and hire people who actually can provide customer service. 0/10.

The staff used to be very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I went into the store the other day and waited to be served, along with a few other customers.
We stood around as a number of staff were too busy crowded around another member of staff who was showing them "pictures of her grandchild".

Finally, after several minutrs of waiting, we were finally assisted and when we asked to look at some jewellery on the back wall, the employee was not helpful in letting us look at jewllery.
We were then done with the customer service, deciding to cease looking at any more and left for another store.

The staff are very welcoming and have excellent customer interaction skills, 4th hey also know their product well.
