Bevilles Jewellers Epping

Attended this shop on 09/12- Saturday after making a big purchase a week pack and the chain got broken within a week.
Served by so called Manager “Grace “ who was rude and disrespectful infront of other people.
Grace- you are a disgrace to deal with!
She stated that we are too busy and short staffed, you have to come back!
It seems like the customers have to suffer because Bevilles Epping is short staffed!
Please think twice before you allocate a shift to Grace, it was obvious that she can’t manage stress.
BTW had a wonderful experience on 01/12 in the same shop served by Marian (I think her name is).

Ordered something online via click and collect. It was ready the next day for collection but I couldn’t go in then. A day or two later I receive a message that it has been collected. I called the store and said that my order was collected and that it wasn’t me who collected it. They reassured me that it will be resolved once I come in. My partner went to collect my package and was told someone with my exact same name and ID collected the parcel which is beyond ridiculous because I have one ID that is not stolen and I think my name is uniquely spelt. Anyway, then they ask me send them all the emails I received regarding the order and that headquarters will resolve the matter in 3 days but it’s been 8 days now. And I haven’t heard anything from their end. I want my money back and to be compensated for the trouble. It was meant to be a secret Santa gift for someone in Perth. And it has caused me a great inconvenience. The only email I received prior to the incident is one asking me to review my experience. So here I am. Hoping to use this as my last resort. I shouldn’t have to chase them for my own damn money!

Return policy bad.we never wear the watches they refuse to return them change of mind during the 14 days period

Where do I start? If I could rate this place below 1 star I would! I bought an engagement ring here and was served by a lovely lady by the name of Grace, the whole process with her was delightful… After that the trouble began, I needed to resize the ring, when we went in there Grace was not there and was served by a woman who was rude, nasty and couldn’t be bothered serving me, finally when she was ready to give me some of her time I explained I needed the ring resized, she bluntly told me it could not be done and started to force other engagement rings upon us, mind you these were all much much more money than the ring I chose even though I had spent a few thousand on our ring, maybe she gets paid on commission, I don’t know, but trying to push us to buy a much more expensive ring and her dispicable manner was just to much so we walked out.
My wife went back and spoke to Grace, the lovely lady from the beginning and was told we could resize and from then on the process was delightful all because of Grace, so if I were you and you wanted to buy anything from this place, go in there and ask for Grace if she’s not there do yourself a favour and walk out!

Jessica is so friendly and helpful. She is such a smily face all the time and so kind towards customers

My partner had purchased the most beautiful gold necklace for me for Christmas it has a tear drop pendant with a fine gold chain. Today the chain had snapped and my heart just broke as this necklace is the most special to me. I called bevilles epping basically in distraught to let them know what happened and if i can come in and get it assessed/fixed. The lady on the phone couldn’t be more rude. She was very cold and not understanding to my situation and left me feeling as though she just didnt care or that i was an inconvenience. This is a reflection of this particular staff member not the store.

If I could rate higher on service from Mariana I would! Wow! What an amazing, kind, beautiful and most helpful young lady! She went out of her way and above and beyond with helping me find the perfect earrings. Thank you so much Mariana and Daniella, Bevilles should be very honoured to have you as staff!

I would love to explain my beautiful experience with this store!

my friend and I went to the store with my expired warranty watch which I brought from a different Bevilles store over a year or two. I went just to check if my watch can be fixed somehow (my watch was working, it just got one crystal misplaced, so shape wise it didn't look as beautiful as it used to be.

When I explained the issue to the staff member (he was a male and unfortunately I cant recall his name) he said" I will get you a new one! " I got super excited, I replied that "the watch warranty is expired", he said "yes, that is ok", and his amazing service didn't stop yet he is like "currently the watch value is $65, back then you brought it for $120" so he is like" can you please pick another watch or you can get a refund of $55".

It was an unbelievable experience as all I was expecting is that my watch can get fixed and I can pay for it because I used it for about 2 years and its warranty is expired, however what happened was I got two new watches instead.

So Sorry for the lengthy review, but I thought to myself that this has to be mentioned here to show how wonderful and great the store is! I appreciate the service once again and it always brings a smile to my face when I wear one of these two new watches.

We brought in a slightly damaged piece and the young lady that helped us was amazing. Not only helped us make a small repair but gave great advice. Then we got another nice addition all stemming from the marvellous service. Great job

If I could give 0 out of 5, I would.
Paid good prices for inferior quality gold jewellery.
I don't wear my jewellery all the time, barely every couple of months or so. Nor do I wear my jewellery in the shower.
However, within a matter of months, all but one piece of the 4 pieces of gold jewellery I bought had become badly discoloured and tarnished.
Extremely disappointed. And I will never buy anything else from Bevilles, ever again.

So ive recently purchased a gold chain from here & when i went into the shop i found that the service was great, however they didnt have the chain in stock & i was told that one of the staff would contact me to let me know when it will arrive 'which didn't/hasn't happened & now when i call the store the phone just continually rings out with no answer. Considering the chain i have purchased is worth $7,000 you would think that the service would be better. Im actually very disappointed with the service.

Excellent Jeweller. Got wide variety of stuff and friendly staff. Always a sale goes on with go to 50% off on items. I have bought lots of wrist watches for friends and family when they are on sale. Also bought a triple sensor Mudmaster for myself for a very reasonable price when it was on s sale.

Very helpful when trying to buy something but pathetic customer service when trying to return a faulty product. Very disappointing.
