28 I had a really bad experience a couple years ago at Bevilles when buying a watch. I was ignored and even snapped at by staff when I asked for help and looked at suspiciously. I felt like I was being treated badly because I was young.
I decided to give Bevilles another chance this Black Friday and bought a pair of earrings. I was served by a man who I assume was a manager who was very helpful and kind and ordered in a pair of earrings for me as the ones in store were damaged.
When I came to pick them up however, I walked in the completely empty store and stood by the counter. Two dark haired women just stared at me and gave me dirty looks. What happened to “Hi, Hello, How can I help you? ”. I had to initiate the conversation to which they didn’t respond and just went out the back to get my earrings.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. Places like Prouds have more competitive prices and will generally treat you better. I think they really need some customer service training.
The middle aged woman working here needs to learn customer service - making a face every time a question is asked. And please honour a return or exchange at your store, do not send a customer packing to another bevilles to deal with it. Note to the middle aged lady, please do not work in customer service if you can’t handle it. Everybody else at this store, awesome.
It’s a real hit and miss with the staff at this store. Have been a few times showing interest in a particular ring to compliment my engagement ring. A lady with long black hair couldn’t give two hoots about serving us. However swung by another week to check out if there were any sales on this ring and Tom was absolutely incredible and super helpful.
I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Upon entering the premises, I was the only customer present, while the two ladies working there seemed occupied with their tasks. Despite my clear presence and obvious need for assistance, I patiently waited for approximately 20 minutes, hoping they would finish their tasks and attend to me.
Finally, one of the ladies completed her work, giving me a glimmer of hope that I would receive the attention I had been patiently waiting for. I approached her and politely asked if she was available to help me. To my dismay, she curtly responded with a simple "no" and abruptly walked away. Imagine my disbelief and frustration when she promptly proceeded to assist another customer who had arrived long after me.
Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received. My time was clearly disregarded and wasted, despite being the only customer in the establishment. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service principles.
I sincerely hope that the management of this establishment takes note of this review and addresses the shortcomings in their customer service. Such experiences not only tarnish their reputation but also drive potential customers away. It is my sincere wish that they make the necessary changes to ensure that no other individual has to endure the same disappointment and frustration that I did.

After making an expensive purchase the item broke within 2 days of having it, we went back to the watergardens store to see what our options were (16/12/2022) and received the worst possible customer service by Sandra. We were planning on exchanging it for a new one but after being spoken to in such a disgusting manner we decided to get a refund and spend our money else where.
Robbie, Leah and the team at Watergardens provide service second to none. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to assist their customers. Will definitely be back.
Bought niece a 21st present staff good trying to up sell but one member sneezing not wearing a mask sorry I got hayfever but 4 days later I got good hmmmmmmm
Horrible service me and my friends were literally just looking for something nice for our mums for mothers day. The staff member walks over and ask if we need help we kindly say no and continue looking after a few minutes of looking we here the working proceed to tell her work friend "if theses girls don't want my help then they can get the f out" yes she said the actual f word. We had to get our mums something so we ended up getting a necklace and she rudely served us and continued saying such disrespectful langue to her work friend. I've been trying to get her name but unfortunately I cant and I'm very unhappy DO NOT SHOP HERE

Have bought a few pieces of jewelry from here. Had an issue with the first piece and they didn't hesitate to rectify and put blame elsewhere. They owned up and fixed it. Because of that we trust that we get quality pieces here.

I can’t say enough for the staff in this store, every time I come in I feel like I’m treated like a VIP. This is my go-to store when I want to buy jewelries. They listen and treat you like a close friend. I give them more than five stars if I can.
Went into the store today after visiting other jewellery stores in the centre. Celia served us and was amazing in her knowledge and service, she was honest in her feedback about the styles I was looking at and helped us find me the perfect engagement ring.
We’ll definitely be going back for our wedding rings.
I went into Bevilles Watergardens last week to look for a mens black and gold ring.
I was served by Josie who went above and beyond to find the right ring. She showed me plenty of options and in the end I couldn't decide, so I bought 3 lol.
The gold ring with diamonds was my favourite.
