10Our service here was good. We were after some work footwear for retail, of which they have a decent range of comfortable offerings. They didn't have the right size so the attendant got onto the computer and found another Betts shop which had what we were after. There's always just one staff in here so I will feel sorry for them if it gets busy!
Worst customer service.
I walked in the shop as I saw a pair of shoes that I thought would really suit my dress. I asked the lady working there if I could have a size 10 and she looked down on my feet and told me that they would not fit as my feet are quite wide. She also told me that I should go to a special shop that does fitting for wider feet.
That is the first time that I have been discriminated based on the size of my feet. She did not even bring me the size I asked to at least try it on. This was really appalling and I am not going to go back there. That is not the way you should behave to a customer that wants to potentially buy your products!
Worst customer Service, Betts should really work on who they hire If they want to stop losing customers, especially the piece of work on shift 11/4/21, clearly has no desire or skills for the retail industry. I'll go elsewhere!
