If i could give it a 0 i would. Absolutely worst customer service. Paid heaps of money with given false information. Couldn’t get my money back or change of shoe size. Manager did nothing about it she said she will call me and she didn’t to discuss it. I’ll never come back again.

Terrible customer service! No greeting, totally ignored, needed help and had to stand around waiting while the “manager” finished conversation on the phone.

The shoes at betts are of good quality and decent price but the management at the broadmeadows branch is disputable. If you want to work in shoes/retail and apply here, be prepared to do a lot of extra unpaid work and have the manager take credit for it.
