Better View Property Services

We used this service for the installation of towel racks on to our tiled bathroom walls. Kane did a very professional job at a reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend. We expect to use this service again.

Whatever you do, DO NOT employ Better View Property Services to do any renovations on your house. They are completely incompetent, not a registered builder and will end up costing you a fortune to fix the work.

I unfortunately had my bathroom renovated last year and was left with a shower that doesn't drain from concrete being put down it during the construction work. I've since had an independent inspector review the bathroom and has stated that "“there are no sections of the work undertaken by the contractor to date which meet the requirements of the guide to Standards and Tolerances, therefore it is recommended that all the works undertaken to date be demolished and removed to be made ready for the works to recommence. ”

It's the worst tiling, grouting and silicon job that other plumbers and builders have ever seen. He damaged a new shower screen, the window leaks like a waterfall, damage was sustained to my new outdoor table and Miele vacuum cleaner. He refused to take responsibility or rectify any of the incomplete or defective works or to repair the shower drain. I now have to pull up the floor of the shower to fix it. I have had to go to VCAT to recover the money to do another complete bathroom renovation.
