As a student, I had a 10/10 experience working with the members of the Briar Hill team. They noticeably work collaboratively as a team to ensure all clients receive the best care. I saw each clinician surpass their 'typical' role to ensure their clients had diverse opportunities to increase their independence and enjoyment in the community.
A special shout out to Angus, who is a ripper clinician! His expertise and kindness towards his clients/their families was persistent and impressive.
We had our first appointment with better rehabs Georgia. She was so lovely. She took her time with us. She explained everything. Answered all our questions and was so reassuring. We feel very safe in her hands.
My first visit here with my daughter and we were so lucky to have met the most wonderful Georgia and Blaithin both very warm and welcoming my daughter actually opened up a bit on the first visit really looking forward to working with them both and the team at better rehab thanks again from the both of us
Our occupational therapist at Better Rehab was patient and listened to all of our questions during our sessions to help us navigate through NDIS funding.
I had the best experience at Better Rehab Greensborough while getting treatment for my daughter's speech problems. The speech pathologists here are absolutely amazing.very professional and knowledgeable and they gave her special care and a therapy plan made just for her. She loves coming for her sessions and there's a significant improvement in her speech.
