Better Health Family Clinic

This clinic literally take anyone in, as all they care is about money although they only have 1 Dr on site on Sunday and overbook patients. They should’ve just stated it was full like other clinics but no money is more important and will get as many patients as possible, and send them out every 5 min. Appointments are useless here, been waiting for 40 min, past my appointment time. I should’ve looked at the reviews prior to wasting my time here. The lady at the reception was sleeping? ! What? ! Once I complete my 1 hour wait, I’m walking out that door. It’s so ridiculous! NOT recommend. Please go elsewhere!

Pathetic services. I will never go to this place. Waited for the whole 1 hour and still, the Dr was taking patients who are came after me.

Dr D'Costa has been seeing my boys for years. He is always very calm and patient with them. He is always accommodating, very thorough and I am so grateful we found him as our family GP. He is professional and a truly wonderful person. Dr Farhana is also very good and I see her for feminine issues, she is also very thorough. Chanti is a pleasure to deal with over the phone as she is always so kind but some of the other receptionists need to learn to be more polite to their patients. The doctors we see always go above and beyond for our whole family.

I recommend this Medical Centre. Dr Farhana Islam was absolutely great. She had lot of patience. A good listener also. Great atmosphere also. The receptionist was also very efficient.

Complain about the front desk people, my appointment at 10.45am and she say 11am. 2 time now they stuff it up and no apology and she make it like it my fault. Her name is Jen I believe. But Doctor I see is good. Hope she get the same service wherever she go. So she know how to do her job. A sorry would do, not come I show you on my computer because you make the appointment not me.

Excellent place plenty of parking and the waiting area is very comfortable with TV. Dr Sanjaya.is so easy to talk to and very thorough in his work.

My favourite clinic! The blonde receptionist that was on today is so bubbly and sweet to everyone despite being a busy day! Made my day:) and the Drs are great too!

Pretty disappointed. Waited over 45 minutes for my son's appointment. Just to tell my children off for being to noisy. Maybe perhaps, invest in some children toys or books to keep them entertained instead of giving the parents a dirty look and pointing to the phone. And don't let someone wait 45mins for an appointment.

Dr Farhana Islam is a good doctor but the waiting is so long. If you happy to wait up to 2hrs sometimes that’s fine. But it’s not for me.

Used to be a great little clinic. Nowadays the wait times are beyond a joke. If you can't manage bookings properly, maybe just have a number system for when people walk in.

Very good experience everytime I visit. Dr Sanjay, Dr Farhana are super helpful. Also very reasonable waiting time as compared to others.

Both Dr Ng (GP) and Dr Mark (Podiatrist) have rendered excellent and professional services. Thanks to the nursing staff who administered my pneumococcal injection. The front desk personnel are all so pleasant to deal with. Thank you all!

I first went to see Doctor Sanjaya Nakarth about 18 months ago. After several years before meeting doctor Sanjaya I had been to many other doctors that once they could not diagnose me started to offer me little support in helping me through my worst health crisis I was experiencing. Doctor Sanjaya never showed me a lack of interest or suggested he was not able to help me but instead went on my journey with me in supporting me mentally in a time when I was not in a good place mentally due to the pain I was in. Without his understanding and patience with my journey to discover what was actually wrong with me I am not sure how I would of coped.
To Doctor Sanjaya thx you for just being there to keep listening and offering advice throughout my journey.
We still have work to do on me but finally making some progress
