4000 stainless steel screws. Ordered and paid for 15 days ago. Still haven't arrived. NO emails, ZERO communication! Rang and was advised my order slipped through the cracks. Buck up better hardware. Your poor performance has tarnished my business reputation and cost me financially.

FANTASTIC SERVICE.
A small outlet that supplies are range of espalier items, decorative panels, fasteners and stainless steel wire in rolls or cut to size.
I got 3 X 4500mm x 3.2mm thick wire with screwed swag fittings.
The order was accidentally completed on the system and when I picked it up the next day it wasn't there.
Realising the order wasn't done they completed the order and personally delivered it the same day.
I'm very satisfied with the product and service.

Tim and his team go above and beyond to get the correct product too you promptly. Even though I don't live in the Melbourne area any more I still get Tim to supply my renovation business down the surf coast by delivering the products.

Purchased some decking screws and accessories online. Arrived within a few days. The deck hands were not in the box on delivery which was not a big deal, but Liam delivered them to our door the next day. Awesome customer service. Will definitely recommend to others.

To begin with, Tim is a great guy. He knows what he's selling and like others said before me, the good old fashioned service way. It was worth while the drive and visit for me, to get a good advice backed up by knowledge of a technical guy, thinking out of the box.

Tim was awesome and very knowledgeable. I wanted the stainless steel brackets for my timber handrail and after travelling across town to his shop, the correct brackets were out of stock but Tim posted them direct from the supplier in QLD and arrived the following day at my office.
