The Guys and Girls at Bettatech in Redan are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble, especially explaining IT stuff in plain ordinary words and after sales assistance, whatever the issue. They are friendly and professional and it’s a delight to go into their well set out store.

Went to Bettatech to change my phone plan and connect my new Apple Iwatch. All sorted professionally and very quickly. Great to have customer service face to face.

We recently purchased a new Smartphone for my wife as her old pushbutton mobile was past its use by date and unable to scan Covid QR codes. It was a low cost Oppo for only $209. Advice given re the purchase was excellent and the phone more than meets her needs. We have purchased our phones from Bettatech for over 20 years and would go nowhere else. At all times their service has been second to none.

Limited range and the advise I heard while in store was one sided and focused on profit over actually getting a device that best suited the user and their location.
