I had to chase them up a couple of times after they said they would get back to me regarding a quote and more information, but they never got back to me after saying they would. So can’t comment on the product but service was non existent. Ended up going elsewhere.

I would love to be able to give a 5 star review of their product, but I can't get anything from them! After multiple emails and phone calls with Alex I still haven't received the promised quote. I believe they're very busy, but I would have preferred to be told they have a months long wait, rather than told he could have an order to me in 1-2 weeks. If you don't have capacity - let people know!

I arrived at Betta Pet Systems with rather vague ideas and measurements, Alex Senior showed me round then suggested he come out see for himself and take some measurements. He built just what I didn’t realise I wanted. High quality product, professional, experienced, friendly team who installed the finished product with many smiles along the way. The cats are happy, independent and safe.

Our cats couldn't be happier with their new enclosure. Such a peace of mind knowing they are safe. Easy to assemble and so well made. Thank you Alex for all your help.

My expectations were met and then some! Alex and Clinton's workmanship, professionalism and attentivness to exactly what I wanted was so impressive. They produce a high quality product, get the work done quickly and then install at your convenience. I got the deluxe with a tunnel, two timber steps, a combo hammock/step platform and a tarp cover for some extra shade. My two cats are absolutely obsessed! I'm a renter and the fact that I can easily disassemble the structure and take it with me wherever I go is such a bonus. I cannot recommend Betta Pets more highly. Thanks guys.

From the moment I spoke with him, Alex was super helpful and the choice and quality of the enclosures is top notch. Assembly was actually much easier than I anticipated. My wife and I are really happy with the enclosure and tunnels that Betta Pet Systems installed a few days ago. The quality is very good and the installation is really solid. Our cat loves using his new outdoor playground. He can go outside when he chooses, and we rest easy knowing that he is safe.

Update: about 1 year after it was installed a few years ago, a high tunnel section collapsed and our cat escaped, possibly being injured in the progress. Fortunately I found him in the street later that day. I did a full audit of the tunnels, and I was horrified to find a few more ticking timebomb sections where basic structural considerations were ignored. I modified the joins in the tunnels to make them reliable for the life of the product. I also modified the wood platforms to make them last much longer, as the standard construction is inadequate - the wood warps and detaches from the slats, since they're only attached with nails. I installed bolts completely through the platforms, and they have lasted much longer - it's no accident that some park benches do the same thing.

The cat enclosure itself is of good quality. The tunnel itself is of good quality. The tunnel problem was caused by the installation being of a lower quality than the tunnel itself. I deducted 2 stars from the review score, due to the risk it placed on our cat, and the stress we experienced franticly searching for him, followed by the anger of seeing that a high tunnel had failed due to basic structural issues on the tunnel joins that should never have occurred, with me spending a lot of time fixing issues that should never have occurred in the first place.

Summary: A good product, but in my case, a poor installation that put our cat at risk of injury during the fall, and during his time roaming the neighbourhood.

Couldn't be happier with the cat enclosure - I purchased the large package and it works just a treat for the cats! Having it delivered and installed was a bonus. Thanks Alex and the team for an awesome product and great service!

Fantastic cat enclosure built by Alex and Co. The colour is exactly what I ordered, the shelving, toilet, design, and the timber base are purrfect! Love it! And so do my furbabies. This is the second enclosure I've purchased from Alex and his team. Just moved down Geelong and wanted a cat enclosure like Alex had installed at my other house, nothing to be found down Geelong way that slightly resembled what I had. So why settle for something mediocre that you don't want when you've experienced the best - Betta Pets for me. One very satisfied customer who will be recommending Betta Pets to all my friends.

Overall the product was as described and fit for purpose. Customer service was a long and slow process (at a guess due to COVID) but the final item arrived chipped in multiple areas, including the toilet box and ladders, dent on the toilet box, with walls bent and broken metal wire in places. One screw thingy was missing and end pieces for steps to attach to cage were bent out of shape and had to be hammered to be attached to enclosure on 1 of the 2 steps. Also disappointing that a random $2 litter tray was tossed in for use in the toilet box when something more substantial could have been included for an extra dollar or two. Apart from which is was bent out of shape and a corner chipped off. Thankful the company offered touchup paint but that will fix only part of the issue. Although the courier was at least partly to blame two boxes had clearly not been wrapped appropriately in the first place as the bubble wrap did not extend far enough to cover the item. Overall, too stressful a situation to repeat as planned to upgrade the 2 other enclosures we have. Will be going elsewhere.

Update - whole base of shelves has rotted away. Now good quality at all. Impossible to get a hold of anyone ‍️
