Bethany Community Support / Meli reviews
6Judgemental I left feeling worthless but don't let my experience stop you from getting help.
Call themself a support agency ring for help get left on hold listening to them brag over and over about how good they are this agency need to be shut down asap
I recieved friendly & helpful staff. I also recieved good support & help. I recomend Bethany if needing support & understanding.
Useless beyond words. My family worker never showed up last week and hasn’t responded to my message asking where she is. I then called up this place and spoke to the rudest lady who told me to just try again? Why should I? Lol it’s your job to help me. Why should I have to chase after you?
Efficient & welcoming reception staff and the best councellor.
I researched the interesting history
Of this organization while waiting.
Top notch service, cannot recommend them highly enough
I went to bethany to get support. I asked to see my family worker but was denied. I was told to see someone else, then some young workers from dhhs came in. Next thing were all in court over false claims made by dhhs. Offered NO SUPPORT just made things much more difficult. Not even told why or what they are claiming. While being forced into finacial hardship to meet their requirements. NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE has been given. Maybe bethany is only to help single women. Bethany does not seem to support relationships, nor does DHHS. If you are male there seems very little help available Vic wide at least, but i suspect it goes futher than this and is a national problem.
