Best&Less Watergardens

I put a click and collect for a large order late last night, it was ready by lunchtime the day after. After numerous click and collects from other shops like Big W, where you are waiting days to get an order, I was very impressed how quickly they had it ready. The girl who served me for pick up was very polite and lovely too. Will definately order again from here in the future. Very reliable and excellent service, thankyou

I walked past, wanting to get something for mum and myself, but being little Chinese women, I am size 8 (and less) and mum is even smaller than me, kids clothes fit waist better but the legs parts are too short!

But this wonderful young man called "Clinton" gave me the biggest warmest smile that made my day even though I bought nothing!

Best and Less in Highpoint has ALWAYS been my fav store at HP. I was so thrilled to find Best and Less in Watergardens!

I went in there on Thurs at midday to buy a pair of pants for my mother, who had just had a big big operation and can hardly walk.

This lovely lady called "Erin" served me with a big smile and she quickly showed me these lovely, comfy and affordable $18 blue jeans.

I was so grateful for her wonderful service and not look me down that I bought cheap jeans. I told her my husband is a tradie and I haven't got chance to get him new T shirts with his own company's logo on it but I needed some comfy plain T shirts for his work.

Erin pointed to what she was wearing, a navy blue T shirt and she said she wears it in SUPER hot and SUPER cold weather and she survived! I was so thankful and I grabbed 3 of them for $20! White, dark blue and black! I quickly thanked Erin and went home.

My husband came home from work and he said those $20 for 3 T shirts are just as comfy, if not, MORE comfy than the Nike ones I got him for our anniversary!

My husband loves them and told me I was the BEST wife ever!
My mother tried on those $18 jeans and she was so touched and moved and said that, she hasn't bought new clothes in YEARS and these Best and Less jeans felt SO GREAT! She told me I was the BEST daughter ever

Thank you all the wonderful staff at Best and Less! Especially wonderful Erin, who did not judge me for being cheap, BUT served me with exceptional customer service and gave me so much dignity and respect!

Thank you Best and Less staff for blessing my marriage and my mother/daughter relationship! I cannot wait to come in again and shop! Thank you!

I have already contributed to my opinion's of Best & Less, as l said before l couldn't fault this place. Both the check out girl who exchanged our clothes purchased at another store, plus the guy on the floor, we're both wonderful & treated their customer's as special. They were both exceptional worker's, & l was very impressed with their people skill's, nothing was too much trouble.

4 staff members at the registers. 3 talking to each other and 1 serving customers.

Took us 5 mins to be put through.

Would have been great if they had opened up a second register, instead of making us wait 5 mins.
