Went in today looking for a clearance item from a while ago for my nephew and thought I would try my luck, unfortunately all I had was a photo with no details and the two lovely ladies today took on the challenge and helped me not only find the item I was looking for with more details but helped me track down where the item was in a different store and even offered to call and have it put aside for me to collect I apologise I didn’t catch there names but great job today to them both 20/10 for customer service as they both deserve a 10 each

Went to buy towels. Had no idea it was now clothing only.
Waste of time but another store in the centre won my trade.

Everytime i go into this store i am always greeted with a smile by Melissa she has amazing customer service and is always helpful.

A big store that has good clothes for kids and plenty of other things to keep you browsing or buying- clothes, pj’s, shoes, towels, manchester.

I love this store. This is my go-to place for my kids clothes. The selection from newborn to the whole family. This place keeps our family in the black. The range for the whole family is insane. They always have worthwhile sales too. This store is family focused and budget friendly. Check it out, it won't disappoint.

Finished my shopping a bit later, unfortunately my son had wanted something at the last minute seemed like they had just closed the register, my 3 year old son cried and cried but the 2 ladies at the register refused to process the order ignoring all my humble pleas. They simply told me to come the next day. Not a single request of mine budged their cold hearts. Unbelievable, I understand discipline and timing is important but I have also seen some great and kind souls who make a few kind decisions at the brink of the moment. Complete lack of empathy. I felt sad, never experienced this before.

Affordable clothes which is value for money. Staff are great and I found some really nice towels I liked.

Love this place. My preschooler likes the fact there are clothes at his height and he runs around directing items. They are so cheap to buy and I've never had any issues with their quality

Great clothing, too bad the manager on shift this afternoon was disgusting and an absolute disgrace! Her employment should be reviewed! If you have no manners and have an arrogant attitude, why work in retail? People of your character should be working in a factory, unpleasant!
