10Broadmeadows store, worst sales assistant ever. Neither are they aware of their stock nor are helpful in any manner. I asked one of the sales assistant what were the benefits of signing up but had no clue then a manager or a senior assistant comes in and both discussing what items we bought instead. Feeling sorry for the business for having such underperforming employee who have zero interest in the sales and treat customers like nothing. Shame on you! For bringing down the business name.
I am a regular customer in best and less. One of the worst customer service I have experienced the lady in hijab, she was so rude with me and my baby was touching some stuffs and she told me to buy all of those stuffs. We can’t control babies. They are just babies. Its so inhumane also.
Yesterday 28/07/23 around 6 pm went for an exchange. The hijab lady in the cashier was so rude, saying that the exchange item has been faded due to wash and it smell as it was used which was a complete lie, as the items were with tags. I also noticed that she was training for a young boy named Kanan, (she is his manager he said) was so rude to him and making facial expressions to him which was unacceptable.management please ask further info from Kanan at Broadmeadows best and less and your cameras please.
Great service, staff are amazing and helpful and store always looks good. Maz does a great job at running the show.

I was standing behind a 80 year old woman that they didn't let in because she was not vaccinated and the person at the door was very mean to her telling her to go away.the old lady was shaking, upset and walked away.worst thing i ever saw in my life. The old lady doesn't have much time left on this earth and this is how you treat her. SHAME.
