I love this shop at Plenty Valley. They always seem to have what I want in stock compared to other locations. Their click and collect is beyond amazing! It is always done so quickly, packed nicely and is never missing an item! There has been times where it will be ready to collect within 20 minutes! Keep up the great work! Appreciate all that you do!
Terrible customer service. They would allow you pick all the clothes only to tell you that they are closed and can't try it on. When they could have announced they were closing soon or stop customers from going in. Really rude people.
Never go to this shop. Shopping here since 2010 but never had such a bad experience. My kids were trailer couple of pants in the changing room and after finishing the trial they didn't give us a minute, one of the staff members forced my son to come out of changing room while he was fixing his shoelaces.she was so rude with me when I asked her nicely why she did it.
Even when I asked other members (name BesTie) she said it's ok. I wasn't sure what's ok? Will never recommend anyone. Specially Westfield best and less.
I found the store to be very clean and not to busy.
I went there for a couple of items and ended up 47 items later I was extremely happy with prices, service and I had a truly enjoyable shopping experience.

The constant announcement about there free t shirt offer was really annoying. Every 2 minutes a bit excessive
Great bargain prices for children's clothing, and a great range of bigger sizes which are not expensive.
