I have received the best customer service by a young girl called Maya, she was so kind and helpful and was able to guide me to find my items. Thank you Maya.

Does what it says on the box. If you're looking for a Best&Less it's comparable to others. Got an Oody style top for young one.

The brownish girl (Name - Roslyn) at counter is very rude. When I asked about some prices in my invoice she was making some faces with other customers and humiliated me. I have seen on other days too, she is not even smilingly welcoming any cutomer. She behaves like the someone has forced her to do that job

Best and less have lots of nice especially for little bubbies just needs some sorting out in order of gender and age but l love this shop got hundreds of $$$ for my great grand babies

I recently tried to return a jumper that I purchased which I realized after getting it home had a tear in a seam. The manager refused to refund saying I probably stretched it and damaged it because I’m a bit overweight (not his actual words, he was quite offensive). I was absolutely shocked. Never shopping here ever again!

I got an Essendon T-shirt for a Friend. I found the size quickly via the coat hanger. Friendly and helpful staff.

The best branch of Best & less I have been visited I found many items that I was looking for such as overall and dungarees for my kids. I enjoyed shopping here. Thanks

Terrible website. Put a few items I needed in to my cart then thoughts I'd have a browse if the site and added a few more. When I went to checkout it cleared half my items, including what I needed saying they were no longer available. I then tried to pay for the few remaining items and the checkout process just sent me in a loop, sending me back to the start of the process over and over whenever I clicked "proceed to payment". Finally signed up as a member as suggested by the useless help chat on the website, being told this would help. Nope, still didn't work. So I've given them my time and my details and gotten nothing in return.

Such a good variety. Lots of choices too for us rounder people. ;) Quality is good also. Always friendly staff.

Like every best and less just make sure you know your prices. The majority of food items are really cheap but the rest of their items need a price check. Not always less!

Good place for reasonable priced clothing, particularly night wear, teashirts and underwear. Pleased to see the cotton wear is ethically sourced. Parking excellent at Northland's with lots of under cover areas.

Variety of beautiful clothes, affordable prices. Located in the heart of the mall, amazing stuff, they are helpful and smiling all the time. They have this service for some clothes that if you don't find the size you looking for they will order it for you and it will arrive in a week or so! Happy shopping!

I really think the name says it all. The prices are very reasonable and I'm always impressed by the quality.

If you are looking for everyday inexpensive but reasonably good kids clothes this is the place to go

Best & Less is a cheap and cheerful family clothing store, much smaller than Target or Kmart.

Amazing value for money shop. Organic T shorts @ $5 can take you for 1.5 years without Oct to quality. Rest of the items also good.
