Doesn't feel like it has much for teenagers, but for young kids, babies and tweens there are alot at great prices. Fantastic range of underwear at affordable prices and staff and are always kind.

Friendy staff, big store. Easy access either from parking outside or the parking within the centre.

A well presented and stocked store. Prices and quality were really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one criticism- you have to go to the CBD - no stores in the suburban centres

Click and collect is a disaster order placed and payed for on 16/8/21 email said I was receiving 2 parcels. I received first parcel. No email for 2nd parcel. Sent an email on 2/9/21 asking about my parcel no reply sent an email on 6/9/21 still no reply. As best &less are unable to reply to emails maybe you can respond to a review. Paying customers are entitled to a response for goods payed for but never received customers are entitled to send email asking where goods are. No customer service whatsoever

Women at the counter blond and with an accent made my day, she served with care and respect while being down to earth and caring, about her costumers and product. Other staff members where also friendly.

Women were using the men's changing room and they have 3. Where as there is only 1 men's. The men's is for males and the women's for females. There would be an out cry if men used the women's not to mention if they had forgot to lock the door and I had just walked in on the mother and daughter. This was the Westfield shop.

Good bargains. A bit of a rabbit warren to locate things. Always have to wait to be served at checkout.

I spent $150 buying clothes for my little daughter and at the cash register I was told they don't have 15 cents bags only $1 ones.one minute later a lady comes out with a 15 cents one.big thumb down for the customer service lady that served me.and for the B&L my advice is to spend more money on improving and focusing more on customer service rather than TV comercials, your customers would appreciate you more.in my experience you lost your integrity.thank you for showing me your dishonesty.

Such a great variety sizes from sm up to 24,26, with wide aisles for wheelchairs, love the baby clothes.

I like their dresses and I like their service because I did told if they can put on hold and they said yes and I was very happy with that

So many options for baby boy clothes! Can't say the same for adult males. The man at the checkout was slow in every way.

Only place to get green school tights. Everywhere else seems to stock Gray and blue.
