There is not much variety in afl stock. Staff were too busy having a chat behind the registers to help customers. The store was rather cluttered and messy.

Ellezon was such a lovely worker! She recommended me the loveliest outfits for my granddaughter

Good. But they need proper signage for where to collect click and collect orders. It's pretty much just find a random staff member somewhere near the back of the store and get your stuff. But overall, good.standard

I am writing this review on my behalf of my friend who went into the store.
The blonde lady who wore black glass was at the registers.
She asked the lady before her if she was a member and if she needed a bag and she also asked the customer after my friend if she was a member or needed a bag.

When it was my friends turn she didn't ask my friend the same question and while she was scanning the items she was talking to a male staff member asking him if there was someone starting soon to be at the front. (Found that to be quite rude while serving a customer).
Staff shouldn't judge a customer by what she is wearing.

My friend shopping experience horrible!

My friend comment: Just because I didn't dress like a have money, doesn't mean I don't deserve good a customer service experience"

My friend wrote a complaint to the company.

This girls needs more training or fire!

Do not order Click and Collect from here, no process in place, and takes a very long time to collect. Never enough staff at front counter, always long queues. Disappointing

Lovely staff. The store is fully loaded with clothing and not overly stocked. There's never a wait at checkouts, as staff members are always there.

There is very little stock and size selections in the female clothing section. I find I have a better experience buying online and in store is always disappointing.

Great store, except when busy the line for register travels through to isles, so can get a bit squashy when trying to browse

Im so upset. I was Served by Bestie Anna today. I dont know why this lady is working on counters but she needs an attitude check! Coming from someone who also works in the retail industry also, when asked a question, there's a polite way of talking to customers, however the way she spoke to me was the complete opposite! Staff members like that will stop customers shopping at your store. The manager needs to remind this staff member to talk to customers in a respectful and polite way and put a smile on your face!

Can get some great pieces of clothing for little ones here at best and less like Jackets, tights at great prices.and for babys its the place to go for for shoes great variety and price for under size 6.

Only place in the WHOLE pacific werribee that had a rashy (sun protection swim top) I had to get it from the men's section but thank you for having them! Staff was absolutely lovely!

Got what I was after. But noticed how cute the kids clothes are. Will be back to get something for a friend's child esp is turning 1 soon.

4 staff members walking around the store and 1 person serving at the registers, I was 8th in line. Really bad service.

Poor customer service, they cant find my click n collect order.i only have 6-12 days to pick up. Never again

Looked for ages for someone to open the change rooms, no one was in sight. The line to the registers was too long to wait in just to ask for the change rooms to be opened. Left without buying anything because I couldn't try anything on.
