As a female that knows nothing about cars, getting my car serviced can be daunting. I took my car in for a well overdue service and was so impressed. My car was ready within a couple of hours, everything was explained to me in detail and it was considerably cheaper compared to what I had paid in the past. 5 stars for both the service and the customer service I received.

Fitted a bullbar through ironman. Poor work on cutting the factory bumper. Wheel well plastics bent all over the place and not seated correctly. Front parking sensors now go off randomly and wobble.

I contacted them via email regard these issues and has yet to be followed up

I needed help checking the pressure in my tyres. I did not purchase anything. The staff here were very friendly and obliging. They were not concerned that I wasn't purchasing anything. They were more than happy to assist me. Job done in no time. I know where my next set of tyres are coming from.

My son had an accident and received 2 flat tyres. The store was doing stocktake and I arrived at 12: 30pm, closing time on a Saturday. The guys, especially Jay were so helpful and very professional. I bought 4 new tyres, had the wheel alignment and they were happy to make sure that the axcel was not damaged. These guys had gone above and beyond. The company is very lucky to have them. (aka Tough Tyres) These guys are legends. Had an unearthly scraping sound in the front passenger wheel. I pulled up unannounced and they had my wheel off and put me back on the road quick smart.
