Best Western Geelong Motor Inn and Apartments

Didn't realize this is on main Rd to Geelong so bit noisy. Pool was nice staff friendly. Bed very uncomfortable. Room spacious but old. Would have been nice to have known you need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to room as no elevator difficult for a person with disabilities.overall nice hotel though

Don’t listen to other reviews I stayed here last night and this place is great compared to others nearby for the price like I stayed at the previous week. Lady at reception is lovely and friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and definitely recommend this motel. Location is great and was only here for work and barely in the room but super impressed.

I spent two nights here with my partner and I must say everything was perfect! The motel location is close to the heart of Geelong and other attractions, making it easy to get around. As for the room, it was clean, comfortable and worth the price. We enjoyed staying here and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. You really can see that both the staff and owners work hard to satisfy their guests' expectations. Definitely recommend this place!

Reception staff were great to deal with. Perfect location (right near beach). Room was a little outdated, pool and spa was awesome. Only bad thing I have to say about the place is that there is no elevator so I had to carry my big suitcase up the stairs. Everything else was perfect! I’ll definitely be back!

It was a great place if I ever go to Geelong again I will be staying there but the only problem was the bathroom lights didn’t work lol but great Place

We planned to stay 3 nights but ended up leaving early on the 3rd. Reception staff member was lovely. Room and apartment block were not clean. Location was good. Hard to sleep with noise of city and we purchased our own fan. Sadly wouldn't stay again

Rooms are neat and useful. Tv is of an age where you can't connect a PC HDMI. Location is opposite what must be a train yard, where you may hear construction/train noises clearly until about 2 am.

Unfortunately it's very uncleaned rooms and just very unfriendly and unprofessional housekeeping team. The rooms are big in space and good amenities, However the uncleanness of the place makes it look older and unwelcoming. I wouldn't rent there again.

No lift if you have mobility issues ask for a downstairs room.

But the rooms are clean and confy!

For the price we paid, the room was ok. No big deal, small tv for a big room in the far corner of the room, curtains not closing all the way properly and air conditioning systems not function properly. Restaurant was close, so they couldn’t offer food service. That’s all, apart that it’s really close to the beach and train station.

Apartment was clean and staff helpful. Room layout a bit difficult with the corridor to the bedrooms. Pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a lovely time. The hotel has a well kept and clean pool and spa area and a little outdoor area, which is lovely also. The location is perfect if you want access to the Geelong waterfront and all the Main attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. We had such lovely service from the lovely attendant at reception, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. The only thing I wish the room had was a kitchenette but I knew it didn't when I booked. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay and have a little holiday away. A nice 30 minute walk to the main part of Geelong with a short 5 minute drive to the local shops for dinner or lunch or coffee.

The apartment was great. The only thing is that the main desk is not always occupied but there is an after hours number that you can call if you need anything.

Though there was an website error, it was rectified quickly and we'll. There were a couple covid related changes, but not a bad place at all. Great staff

Horrible place. Overpriced and ugly. $450 for 1 night and no bed side lamps. Bed was very uncomfortable. Doors were stained. Outdated brown brick interior. But thanks for the 4 satchels of instant coffee!

Lovely place to stay, management was extremely helpful & friendly allowing us to enjoy the pool & spa on our own outside of opening hours. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service, they sign you out of the rooms automatically, on the next day even if you are staying longer, and you need to go to reception to activate the cards, the pillows are so old and thin, they do not change used glasses,
