Best Western Fawkner Suites & Serviced Apartments

We highly recommend this motel. Wayne is a top fella with a wicked sense of humor. The rooms were spotless and modern. Internet was fast and breakfast was delivered piping hot right on time. We really enjoyed staying in the location and will definitely stay here again. Well done Wayne!

Disappointed to find no decaf coffee. Had to ask for Vegemite for breakfast and it was out of date.

Beds were comfy, room was clean and the internet worked really well.

Considering the location of the room right on Sydney Road extremely quiet. Room really clean and with everything you could want. Great customer service Price a little high but would recommend.

The check in lady was delightful and pleasant and we asked for a late check out which wasn't any problem. Our room was preheated so it was nice and warm when we got inside our room. The furnishing were relatively modern and the towels in the bathroom were thick and fluffy and the beds were very comfortable. Magnificent hot showers. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed in the new townhouses, wow. Great quality, awesome cleanliness and fantastic value. The friendly and welcoming nature of the staff on the phone and in person could not be faulted. Will defiantly come back when next in Melbourne. Slept 5 in comfort (could have housed 6 + easierly)

Great location, a very clean, modern and quiet apartment. Everything was provided and I loved the smell and quality of the toiletries that were paraben/cruelty/CDEA free. Perfect for our family stay in Melbourne and highly recommended.

Stayed at the BW Fawkner Inn on two occasions in 2 different apartments.both apartments seemed newly renovated, They were kept very clean and tidy and staff is friendly and efficient.

Great service, immaculately clean, quality and comfortable beds. Attention to detail and most of all great customer service. Always stay here serval to time a year. This is the place to stay if you are working in the area.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Massive rooms, stylish design and furnishings. Extremely clean and well kept. Worth every cent. Lovely helpful owners who went above and beyond for mom while i was in hospital with an unknown release date. Lovely; relaxing place to come out of hospital back to for the night before travelling 8 hours home. Car locked under our own remote controlled car garage leading directly into the apartment. Mom went through 3 different hotels getting no sleep and having extremely unhygienic, dirty rooms before finding this gem. Highly recommend saving the headache and sleep deprivation and picking this place first. 10 (stars!)

Pulled in without a booking. Very friendly lady in reception.
Room was lovely. Facilities all modern. Great bed, shower, pillows (really good) & nice thick towels. Room very clean. You can hear a bit of traffic noise (hey it is Sydney Rd) but it is flowing traffic.
Very handy to where we need to go. 10/10

Lovely staff, clean rooms with fresh linen and towels and affordable accommodation. Highly recommend. The owners make it an excellent experience.

3 nights stay turned into 5 weeks due to home renovations. The staff Wayne and Carol were exceptional and went out of there way to make sure I was looked after as I have disabilities. The folks across the road were lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Heather Young

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room as refurbishment was happening to other rooms. Friendly staff, enjoyed the stay.
