Best Western Crystal Inn

Very nice. Pool was clean and awesome, wifi speeds were very decent for holiday usage and car park was very easy to find a park and under cover.

Will be back in the future.

Very pleasant stay. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Sharon had solutions to every problem and able to give directions and dining/breakfast tips.

Great place to stay, very clean room and owners very happy to help in anyway. Breakfast was amazing!

Simply the BEST accommodation in Bendigo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Spa is available in some rooms and well presented. Fantastic to relax in after a swim in the well maintained salt water pool. That even has pool toys for the kids or the big kids like myself and my lady.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times now and nothing has changed it is still simply the best.

We stayed NYE. I showed up grumpy (for no real reason) and Sharon was nothing but kind, cheerful, and gracious. The room and outdoors area were peaceful and spotless and every staff member we encountered was polite and welcoming. When my daughter hurt her toe (not at the hotel), Sharon was at our door in minutes with bandaids, a biscuit, and a plastic bag for showering. I can't explain how comforting it was to have her support. Please stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Decent motel, we were there on a very quiet weekend, hardly anyone else around so we had free rein of the outdoor areas. Good shade cloth over the tables, but wish the pool had some shade too!

Great facilities, very clean, friendly owners. Glad to see them rebounding now people are allowed to travel again.

My friends stayed the night on Saturday the night and was told to be quiet. This was after I dropped my friends off at the hotel after dinner at 10.15 pm. They got out of the car very quiet after saying goodnight to us. The owners came out and was told off for being noisy. They made me and my friends feel terrible.
Not happy.

Clean rooms that are quite spacious! Good location within Bendigo if you have a car and plenty of parking space available. Hosts were pleasant and easy to deal with!

Friendly staff, quiet courtyard rooms, all upstairs, with lift access, and parking underneath. Meals to rooms, such as steak and vegetables and panfried chicken with delicious sauces. There is also a great swimming pool.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the proprietor of this motel could not do enough to help us. The room we stayed in was perfect for people with disabilities. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
