Best Western Burke and Wills Motor Inn

Very clean and tidy rooms; bathrooms have been recently renovated and are immaculate. Friendly and efficient service and walking distance to everything in town. Great value for the price.

Great experience in this stay. Big space in the room. Clean and refurbished. Staff is so friendly. If I come back to swan hill, will definitely stay here again.

Just a over nighter for work. Easy and happy check in (room 19) no meals but close to plenty. Bed and linen were terrific. Very clean room. Air conditioning unit and fridge could use a service.bit noisy.thanks for the stay.cheers

Lovely clean large room with great bathroom. Friendly owner. Easy parking. Quiet room- there were lots of people staying, but could only tell by the full car parking. Brilliant breakfast.

First time staying here and will not be the last. Wendy the owner was just lovely and accommodating and very helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Definitely well worth staying here and so nice to have a lovely friendly greeting. 5 stars in my opinion.

Clean and comfortable rooms that were quiet. Catered for larger families with a double room having three singles and a queen bed in one room and double and a single in another room. The bathrooms look recently renovated and were outfitted nicely. Thanks for a great night.

Outstanding accommodation, spotlessly clean everywhere, beautiful comfortable room and fittings. Wonderful staff.

I didn’t get the opportunity to stay at this accommodation due to Melbourne going into a lockdown and after speaking to the facility I was assured that they understood the situation and were refunding due to covid lock downs. I went back to Qantas Frequent Flyer who apparently liaised with the hotel and they were not willing to refund any of the amount. I asked QFF to even try and put accommodation in credit so I could use it at a later date. I believe since this situation was Outside of my control as I would have loved to stay at the accommodation and am disappointed that I was stopped from entering the state that I should have received a portion back. This company needs to get with the times and accept that if the state goes into lockdown it’s outside of the customers control. A good portion should be refunded since the business is able to claim back from the government. I will never use best western again nor will I ever recommend them to family, friends and overseas guests when they can return.

Fantastic friendly staff. Lovely clean, modern room with plenty of space for a family of 5. Massive king bed, so comfy! Breakfast delivered to the room warm and delicious. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. When I spilt butter on my jeans they offered to wash them for me. The rooms are nice and clean, reasonably sized bathrooms, the breakfast is good and brought to the room on time and Netflix is available on the television. The roads on either side are not too busy and the road noise is next to nothing. All in all this is the place I prefer to stay at in Swan Hill.

Nice, clean motel. Nice pool. Walking distance to amenities. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the lovely breezes with the door open as guests smoking just outside their rooms-was all I could smell.

Very disappointing - as per website expectation was for restaurant and bar, allowing patrons to smoke outside rooms

The owners are very warm and welcoming. It's like you've checked into your family's establishment.

Brilliant family rooms.
We usually struggle to find rooms that fit 2 adults and 3 children but the rooms here are excellent and perfect for a family.
Rooms were spotless, fresh and modern.
Great customer service, very friendly, helpful reception.
