Best Western Apollo Bay Motel & Apartments

I had a very unpleasant interaction with the receptionist. We were trying to find a charge port for our electric rental car. The only other one in Apollo Bay was out of order. I explained this to the receptionist, and she rudely replied "that's not my problem. " I then checked "so you're not willing to help us out" and she replied with more offensive language rather than just saying "no, I'm sorry" or something along those lines. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but this made us want to spend as little time as possible in Apollo Bay.

You can get a lot of early morning noise from the beer garden loading bay if you are on that side of the hotel.

This hotel was so fabulous to stay at. It was perfect for my family of 6, which can be hard to find accomodation for. They were so great and allowed us a late check out and sent us on our way with a pack for juices for the family for our road trip.

The laundry was perfect with a dryer in it and Apollo Bay was just beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer!

The people operating this motel are very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent. Only a 1 minute walk to the pub, and coffee across the road. Best of all, the room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Great value and highly recommended.

It was an unexpected good choice. We a got wide apparent since we were on family road trip. Room was clean and well equipped.

We were welcomed by the manager who was very helpful. The room was spacious and beds comfortable.and warm as there was a heated blanket.the rooms were spotlessly clean. Overall it was the best hotel stsy. Agoid facilities and great location

I stay here every 3 months and it never disappoints. Lovely people, spotless and clean. Highly recommend

Every staff member was fantastic from the get go. I wasnt supposed to be staying at a motel that night but the room and staff still made for a great experience id go back for. Lynda is so kind

Had a great stay there, the room was very comfortable, when we arrived the heating was on in preparation for our arrival, very much appreciated. Unfortunately during my stay in Apollo Bay I had an accident while on my morning walk, resulting in a broken leg. David and his team were so helpful can't thank them enough for the assistance given to me.

The room is great value for money. The shower was great and hot, and bathroom has been updated. King bed with pillow top mattress.

Best motel experience in town! Toilets clean and spacious. All glassware individually wrapped to hygiene standards. Walking distance to supermarts and restaurants.

They have nice rooms with comfy beds, only drawback is the lack of insulation at the front door which makes the place very cold during winter. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Stayed for the weekend for the great Ocean Rd running festival.
Room was comfortable and clean and central to everything.
Also want to mention David who was so great at helping me sort out a slow leaking tyre. So grateful.

Loved my stay at Best Western Apollo Bay. It's in a fantastic location, clean and modern facilities, everything you need for a wonderful stay in regional Victoria. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Truly great value is hard to find sometimes but this is it. This place has some subtle but important upgrades. What I love most is the bed, pillows, lovely host/ owner, location, easy parking right outside the room, proximity to restaurants and beach. The tv is also modern & massive, it seems they have Netflix. This isn’t always a given so rest assured if you come here, you will rest well and be amongst it all at Apollo Bay

Look no further, this is the place to stay in Apollo Bay! Very clean & fresh rooms, great spotless bathroom with large shower. Super comfy King bed, with a Modern TV. Perfectly located with everything just one street away. To top it off.very friendly owners & staff. Thankyou, & I will be back again.
