80 The room is great. There are plenty of pillows. The bed is a little bit hard.
I had some difficulty chasing up my access to the after-hours key safe. I had to arrive after 6pm, the closing time of their reception. I had to call twice code to get the access code for the key safe.
Lovely service and great room that was enormous. We were very lucky to find such a great place with lovely people at such short notice.
Quite comfortable rooms for a budget motel. Great location, 10 minute walk to city centre. Unfortunately I didn't find the reception staff to be very friendly, if you asked them a question it was as though you were being a nuisance.
Booking was easy, staff were amazing, great location, easy onsite parking. Room was great, listed as disabled friendly but accessibility into the room is not that easy for wheelchair chair, room itself was great especially the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying again.
Perfect for our overnight stay. Clean and tidy. Car parks are a bit on the small side but I found that issue all over Geelong.
Reception were lovely, friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
Very small and basic room but very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
We had a recent 3 night stay and everything was spick and span. The superior queen room was very spacious. There is a little traffic noise evident in front rooms as the motel is on McKillop St. Prices were very affordable.
Room was good, towels were replaced even though we hung up our once used ones. We had no interaction with staff but the location was good for the purpose of our visit. Parking is a bit of issue as we ended up parking on the street the first night.
Great staff. Incredibly welcoming and helpful. Great position. Clean rooms. The best beds. Additional benefit if needed is the closeness to the train to Melbourne. Our choice when staying in central Geelong. Thank you for making the stay so easy for us.
Stayed here for, 10 nights. The worst hotel ever. I am shocked that they haven't closed this motel down. It is very dirty. The house keeping is never done properly.
The couch has marks all over it. The bathroom toilet leaks, the curtains are filthy, the freezer is full of ice, there is no change of sheets after being here for 6 days. Would not recommend
Worst experience i ever had staying in a motel…dirty rooms, they charge u for the breakfast in what they offer soggy cereals kept in jars idk since how many days.
Despite a makeover with nice features, our shower cold tap and exhaust fan need attention. The fridge was set to maximum so everything froze. The fire and ambulance stations may interrupt your peace and tranquillity.
Still here and wow, clean, comfortable, pool, guest laundry, big carpark, shower is the best, friendly staff and I mean all of them. Close to town, and if you want food, try out Family Pho. There is a restaurant on-site that is closed tonight so cannot comment on that.
Our overnight stay gave us quiet comfort in a spotless renovated room. We enjoyed dinner at the Empire, and breakfast the following morning, pleasantly and perfectly served by Chris, was a great start to our day.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, when we requested services it was promptly delivered. The location is great only a short walk to the city centre and to the foreshore. It was quiet and we have booked for another stay.
My daughter and I stayed here on Sunday night. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet. I would definitely recommend it
Very clean rooms. Lovely place to stay when we go to footy. GM, James, was most friendly and helpful. Nicely appointed. Thank you.
Yes, in reply to your reply to my bad review, first the receptionist as you called him was the owner, who again I reiterate was rude and totally stressed, the reason I know he was the owner is because he told me that he was and he would run the place as he wants, I never considered the pens for free just took one the only one it by mistake, I have plenty of pens at my disposal, the charger I asked for and got me one out of a container with a couple of dozen of chargers that previous guests had left behind. The breakfast room was closed for the 3days of our stay, the pool was green and foxtel did not exist in my room.
He the receptionist literary told I was lying when I told him that I had not had my receipt emailed to me and a argument ensued and finally I got my receipt, strange fellow.
So there was no confusion, not to mention he rang me 14 times when I was driving home with my wife
Good spot for a quick stay. Get in get out kinda situation.
Rooms clean enough.
Tv remote did not work.
Another guest smoked a cigarette on the balcony/walkway and our entire room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke.
