Extremely greedy and nasty they gave me a separate quote and sent me a huge bill when they knew I was ndis funded will never recommend

Lovely and very qualified professional staff. My son has improved a lot with best start's dedicated care and education. Extremely friendly admin members. Especially in this covid19 situation, they have taken extra hygiene steps to ensure kids and teachers' safety. Really lucky that we found out this clinic.

The Best Start team are next to none! Such an inspiring team to have met, they are so committed to each and every child they work with to ensure the very best of services and outcome.

The Best Start team are passionate and committed to helping the lives of so many young individuals! They go above and beyond for each of their clients and families.

Absolute customer service fail. Can not fault the speech therapist but administration and management is appalling. The poor customer services stems from the top down with Michael the centre manager providing a poor example to staff. It would appear this centre is more motivated by the bottom line and financial outcomes of their practice rather than positive outcomes for their clients and a customer-focused approach.

I’ve met various members of the staff at Best Start Clinic and I am always so impressed by how passionate and caring everyone is about their clients, non stop chatter about all the cute and positives things that come out of their sessions.
It’s very clearly evident through every interaction I’ve had, that positive outcomes is the main focus for Best Start, and the therapists are incredibly focused on providing amazing service!

The owner of this business is a greedy money hungry nasty human being. Watch your NDIS funding on the portal - he will steal it! Then when you question it and claim it back; rightfully - the owner will "close the books" to your young person. Will not answer calls nor discuss the reasons for such an action, other than the fact he was caught stealing funding, forced to refund, so decides to discriminate and move onto next victim. Disgusting behaviour, watch your funding/money! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.

The Best Start team have been truly remarkable, from initial advice through to testing and ongoing support for my son. The whole team are always welcoming and have made such a challenging experience into something so positive for our whole family. I would like to thank you all for being such a strong and positive support for us, and we look forward to continuing our session with OT and Speech therapy.

I can not recommend Best Start clinic more highly. Having taught in the early childhood industry in Bayside for over 20 years, I understand how difficult it can be for families to access ‘quality’ additional support. The staff at Best Start are knowledgeable, passionate and nurturing. I have seen first hand the positive impact that Best Start’s programs have had on not only the children they are working with, but with the whole family unit. I always feel confident referring families to Best Start knowing they are in such capable and professional hands.

Absolutely outstanding clinic. The people are by far the most supportive, friendly and professional individuals I’ve ever come across. Best Start are committed to a very highly level of service and the very best outcomes for all and it certainly shows.

Whilst the therapists are good the administration is so unprofessional and disorganised that it is not worth the bother when there are many other services doing better work. Their facebook posts also leave you wondering if there is more than a little ignorance.

We wanted our son to have the best start to school so we joined the PALs Social Skills group. He absolutely loved it! He would look forward to his class every week, he made great friends, and he talked about the facilitator Jason all the time. He has just started school and is doing brilliantly, and I have no doubt what he learnt through his sessions here played a part in that. The staff were friendly, genuinely interested in our children’s wellbeing and communicated well with all the parents. It was a lovely, inclusive and happy environment. Would highly recommend!

The team at Best Start have been great for my son over the last two years his speech and behaviour have improved so much from his sessions with the speech and occupational therapists. The admin team always have a smile and a hello making us always feel welcome and comfortable.
