Best place to get a new screen protector fitted, make sure they do it for you because they do a wonderful job! Great for getting a new phone or iPad case as well!

Had a cracked Samsung phone repaired by this establishment, a week later the the display shattered in my pocket, they use fake cheap parts and the way they treated me afterwards was extremely rude and unprofessional! They're conartists and scammers using second rate parts claiming them to be official Samsung parts, don't ever trust these clowns to repair your devices!
There are plenty other phone repair stores don't give these twobit scammers your money

Brought a Galaxy S4 in for repairs. Had the screen replaced and 3 days later it cracked. Brought it back and told them what happened and they tried to tell me that I must have dropped it. Currently waiting for Manager's decision on this. Might take to consumer affairs. So dodgy

They actually advised me not to change my batteries which I suppose is to their credit. They could've taken my money even if I did not need a battery replacement.

Extremely unhappy with the service.
Phone broke in January and had it repaired on the day.
A week later the phone cracks in my pocket whilst driving, no pressure was forced on the screen.
Had the phone repaired once again and thought that would be the end of it, not a week later do I pull my phone out after another gentle drive and the screen is once again broken.
These "replacement" screens are substandard products when saying they genuine parts and should not be purchased if you want to have a working phone for longer than couple of weeks.
The manager does not want to negotiate with customers and when asked if we could speak with him/her they said he/she doesn't talk to customers, no way of resolving issues with business.
Very poor customer service.

Worst service ever. I too had a cracked screen repaired at Ringwood store and it cracked by itself. They refused to fix under warranty. Poor quality screens. Do not go here, very dodgy.
