How to loose a customer in one morning. Calling, leaving my details, getting the response that he would be there in a hour. Went to the property and waited for 30 minutes. Not a call, not a message. Tried to reach him and getting my calls rejected. Finally a message saying I will be there when I finish with my client. SO, DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS THAT YOU CANT KEEP. OR CHANGE THE TIME. OR LET THE NEW POTENTIAL CLIENT THAT YOU CANT AND RESCHEDULE.

They have the best value in landscaping. Completed the difficult job around the house that includes front yard and a turf basketball court! No other landscaper could do it at a best price. There were issues on communication, but Param handled it professionally and got a very good follow up fix on a turf. If you want the best and reliable landscaper that will not runaway, go for this mate.

My review is not based on work done or quality of work but on the simple fact that I had to call/leave a message/text countless times with Param promising he would send my quote “tonight”, but never did after he came, had a look, took measurements, etc. I’m not sure if my job was not worth his while, but I expected some sort of professional courtesy to let me know this is the case instead of dodging me and having me run around in circles.
