Best Friends Point Cook

Always a great experience when I visit Best Friends. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I can always find what I need.

I had two extremely unpleasant visits to another Veterinary Clinic in Point Cook so I was more anxious than my Bull Terrier at the prospect of today’s appointment! I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care and treatment my little lad received today from the nurses and vet. They were absolutely fantastic - incredibly friendly, professional, and provided a first class service. I am so relieved, and happy, thank you Guys

The young lady that served me yesterday (sorry I can’t recall her name) was lovely, polite, patient & very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely seek her advice and help next time I’m in the store.

Best VET in West Melbourne highly recommended, especially if you have a shy sensitive animal they will prioritise to make sure your pet feels comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff also. Finally a VET I can trust!

Best Friends took good care of my Bella today. Staff were professional and friendly. Documentation about service provided with care recommendations going forward. The price was fair and reasonable.

I bought aquarium fish and the staff member asked all the right questions regarding their future well being. For the novice, this is especially important as some fish are not compatible with others.

WHY AM I ONLY FINDING ABOUT OUT THIS NOW?

Please, if you have a puppy, call them.
I have a 14-week-old puppy and started Puppy School (FREE) included in the $45 per month costs, he has all his shots booked, and doing do well:)

BROOKE, Jimin's teacher is incredible - But they only accept up to I believe 16 weeks so please don't delay if you have a puppy and thinking about school and shots etc.

They really don't make any money - It's crazy!
And they are sooooooo loving towards our BEST FRIENDS - much love:)

If you have a CAT, call them, DOG, yes, Birds, Fish, Reptiles.

I was really thrilled with my experience with both of my pets. The team were very helpful and caring to my pets need. Couldn't fault any of there work and will continue to come here with my pets and would definitely recommend anyone to come here for top pet care

Disappointing customer service from the pet store floor staff - the last few times I've been there they tend to ignore you, but what's worse is the fact that they no longer make a fuss of your pet. I have 2 dogs and the last few times I've been to Best Friends Point Cook the staff completely ignored them - didn't say hello, didn't offer a treat and really didn't seem interested in greeting them. Working in the pet industry you really should be making a fuss of the pets! All other pet stores that I visit regularly always make a fuss of my dogs.

Such a wide variety of animal goods! It even stocks a small variety of fish. I was able to find a spare part for my external fish filter that I had been unable to find in other big brand pet stores.

Always great service. All the products you need for your pets. Good selection of fish and great price. Keeps me comming back for my animals. Can also have pet tags engraved on the spot in thier automated engraving machine, you pick the tag and type you want both sides.

Just finding it a bit hilarious that the store doesn't have a large enough electric nail grinder when I turned up for my dog's nail filing appointment. At least I wasn't charged for the half-done service of some nerve-wrecking nail cutting and useless nail grinding - not to mention a painful bleed that my dog has to experience, but still, it's embarrassing.

After the family dog moved down from Qld, we were on the lookout for a good vet in our locale. The team at Best Friends Point Cook were great. Considering a whole range of products and services offered, we're happy with the way they looked after us, as is our dog!

Went to this pet shop for the first time and the Shop is pretty good. I was looking for food for my dog and thankfully they keep Prime 100. They also have nice quality of Treats available, you can become VIP member to get discounts on few products. Staffs are helpful as well. Would recommend to try this shop for your pets.

The store has a large layout which is easy for social distancing, they have a good range of supplies and sometimes sales. Retail shop staff can be a bit too busy/distracted for 10/10 customer service but okay.

At the back the OurVets clinic has been outstanding - kind and helpful, patient, and informative.
Pricing reasonable compared to vets closer to Melbourne. Would recommend.
