Always helpful and friendly staff.my dog was bit scared getting her nails clipped, she was moving a lot.vet nurse ask me if I wanted her to hold Tilly, I was struggling. I handed tilly to her, Tilly pooped on her lol the nurse handled it well. I’m glad it wasn’t me! I’d give them 10 stars if I could lol

Really disappointed with the Santa Pet Photos we received today. Brought 1 single picture for $45,8x5 big. Picture is so dull in colour, and photo isn’t good quality. Such a thin photo, also seen at pick up that we could have spent the same money for digital formate, would have loved to have been told that before purchasing the 1 photo, as we could of printed out better pictures ourselves. Really disappointing as it’s our girls first Christmas.

Staff are lovely and polite. I purchased a dog cake piece for my puppies' birthday treat. He absolutely loved it

Normally buy my dog food online, but have acquired an 18 mth old lab and wanted to do some research on her dietary requirements. After speaking to Kieran I bought 2 x 10kg bags. Could have got it cheaper elsewhere but I was so grateful for her fabulous knowledge and expertise, I wanted to give her the sale.

Staff here really know how to look after animals - the Store Manager (Maddie) is extremely knowledgeable and has a good 15years experience. She and another staff member (Kieryn) really care for animals and are lovely to deal with. If buying guinea pigs - buy them from here. Also - if you have a surplus of fresh parsley - drop it off to them - the rabbits and guinea pigs love it.

Every time we visit this store in Geelong all the people are so helpful. The woman at the check out explained about joining the V. I. P. Club. We are very glad we did, as we already saved over $7.00 in one purchase. Best Friends really are the best!:)

I was desperately searching for the type of food my dog eats which was temporarily unavailable at other pet shops. I rang the store and a very helpful assistant went to check the shelves, told me how many bags were left and was happy to hold them for me at the front desk until I could collect later. Very friendly, efficient and convenient service - all with a cheery smile and pleasant telephone manner to boot.

I love this store! It's my favorite pet shop around! It's always clean and open, and the staff are always friendly. Huge variety of products to suit every need and to suit a wide variety of animals. I like that pets are welcome in store and staff always make them welcome. You can tell the staff love their job!

While I was in store on my last visit I saw a staff member helping a customer who had brought in their dalmatian to find a good harness for them. While doing so, the staff member was kneeling down at the dogs height, and the dog excitedly jumped up on her and started licking her in the face. So many would see this as a negative thing but the staff member instead was laughing and being so lovely and friendly to the dog. It's nice to see people working in pet shops who you can see have a legitimate love for animals and it isn't just a job to them!

The only one thing that I miss about the store compared to how it used to be, is that there's never any animals in there anymore. Sometimes there's kittens there for adoption, but that's all. They used to have a reptile section where they'd have a variety of snakes and lizards for sale. And they'd have small animals like birds and mice etc. I used to love all that!

The carpark however let's the store down a bit. It has very narrow carparks, not a lot of space to move, not a lot of spaces available, and getting out can be difficult and dangerous as it's busy and you can always clearly see if there's any on coming traffic until you're too far out.
