I am very pleased with my regrowth colour. The colour matched my existing hair colour perfectly and the price was very reasonable compared with more expensive salons I have used.

I’ve been to the salon twice, once fir a colour and once got a blow dry. The hairdresser was lovely and I was pleased both times. Prices were very reasonable for a shopping centre salon.

Worst experience ever! I asked for V shaped cut and look what I got. She kept saying that if I was not happy with the result she could make it different but I was just afraid of getting too much hair cut. I was aware of my dry hair and that's why I wanted to cut the ends but still keep the length. From the very beginning I felt she didn't get what I wanted I drew it, I showed the picture and finally she didn't make it properly and got mad at me. Ignoring me and taking the Cape off of me violently. I wasn't even sure if she was going to ask money for that poor job she did but as she was ignoring me and trying to make that didn't even exist after that bad job she did. I asked for the manager but it seemed like no one was there and at the end she said "darling, you don't have to pay" which she could have said before and avoid being disrespectful and rude towards me. Don't go there! It doesn't seem professional at all. I keep seeing my hair and I'm wondering where did she see the "V" there? Haha

I cannot express how disappointed I was walking out of this salon. I have solid dark brown hair and just needed my roots done- they put a copper colour in my hair and now my hair is orange at the roots. Actually a joke. I wish I could give 0 stars

Worst haircut I’ve ever had for all 3 of us! Seemed as if they literally didn’t know how to cut hair. Also very misleading pricing, said it was $20 for kids then wanted to charge $35 after the cut and we had to argue about it.

I asked for a specific style and showed a reference photo. The hair dresser looked at it for about a second and totally ignored me when I said I was unhappy with the hair cut. They basically cut my hair short with a razor and scissors. Very basic school boy hair cut. I don't think that is worth 30 dollars and when I said " this isn't the style I wanted " they said " it's finished. " over and over. Very disappointing. Will not be returning and I'll be sure to tell others.

Had a wonderful experience with Brittany the other day. Asked for layers in my hair and she did them so well and made lovely conversation the whole time.:)

$30 for a trim with no advice and minimal effort. Also failed to tell me the eftpos was unavailable until after providing the service. Seemed a bit dodgy to me. Save your money and go somewhere else - I shouldn’t have been lazy and walked a bit further to Just Cuts.

This business is not even worthy of the one star I have given it. I've only given it so I can post my review and warn others to think twice before using their services.

I have been having my hair cut by Sia for the last few years and every single time she's cut my hair she's absolutely nailed it. Based on some other reviews, it seems that a lot of people had conflicting views on her but in my experience she is very talented when it comes to her craft. I went in last month for a hair cut only to learn that Sia no longer works there.

They offered to cut my hair. Although
hesitant I agreed. I was VERY VERY specific with how I wanted my hair cut and explained that I had a wedding to attend in a few days.
I showed the lady a photo of what I wanted and asked her several times if she was sure she could do it. She insisted she could.

The cut I wanted was relatively easy but meant taking a decent amount of length off, leaving the front / side layers long and cutting in some very simple side bangs. She absolutely butchered my hair. She cut the side and front layers so short and blended it in so much to the back and sides that I legitimately looked like I had a bowl cut. In my 36 years of life I have NEVER EVER cried over my hair and I can assure you anyone reading this that I've experimented with it enough and done some letters outlandish things.

I looked at what she had done and I was in shock, I was so embarrassed and humiliated that I couldn't even bring myself to say anything. Anyone who knows me would be bewildered by this as I am not one to shy away from speaking my mind. I paid walked out and burst into tears. I ran around the whole shopping centre trying to find another salon who could fix it which proved extremely difficult as the damaged was already done. The hair dresser who tidied it up and restyled it as well as he could was a true professional and made a point that the photo of what I wanted spoke for itself and was a very simple cut. I really do question the qualifications and credentials of the hair dresser in question. I find it unlikely that she has any and if she does they definitely need to be reviewed as the work she did on my hair was appalling. I'm 5 weeks post the worst hair cut of my life and I have only for the first time today left the house without tying my hair up.

Whoever is hiring staff for this business really needs to really confirm the qualifications that potential staff claim to have. This woman should never ever hold a pair of scissors in her hands again.

Absolutely shocking shocking service! The colour they put in my hair was literally burning me from the moment it was applied! It was an aweful experience! I will never ever ever go back there or recommend them to anyone! Never has this happened to me!

Horrible service at this place, no respect for customers. I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for hair cut and hair colour. I kept waiting for an hour for my turn and staff were avoiding me and then they said salon is closing and we don’t have time to do your hair now, wasted my 1 and half hour. I complained to the manager but she was worst than staff. I mean if u dont have enough time then why do u book customers. Really disgusting place I will never go again and i have already told my friends and people around me what they did.

Keratin treatment is terrible, the shop has no responsibility. And reasoned that i had to report it within a week of doing it, even though I had said it but they ignored it, i paid $200 for nothing, Badddd, result and no responsibility

Wonderful and friendly service and they are so good at what they do. With affordable prices too

Got in easily, no long wait. Lovely people and I don't feel like I'm being judged by the color of my skin (unlike other places in the mall).

Horrible service this place is esp sia no respect for customers they ask you to book im appointment and then say salon is closing and gives unfinished services. I mean if u dont have enuf time y do u have to book customers

I went there couple days ago and kept waiting the lady to finish she did not say a word to greet me at least and i wanted my hair to be done that day so she lost a customer moreover the floor was all hair not clean at all

I can always rely on this one hairdresser here to make my hair look good. She fixed one of the worst Dora haircuts I had received, and has balayaged my hair really well. Can't remember her name but she always makes my hair look great:)

My haircut is fine but the customer service was absolutely appalling. The lady who cut my hair was rough with my hair and complained about how 'badly maintained' my hair is. She created an extremely uncomfortable and harsh environment. Would not go back here again.

I like how Sia know what I like with my hair and she able to blend my old color to my roots. Price is just right.
