Great service. Had 2m3 of concrete delivered today with a thunderstorm threatening. They phoned me back to coordinate delivery time between rain bands coming off the radar. The driver stayed to help spread the stuff. Above and beyond. Thanks blokes.

Use to get friendly service with a smile but now the exact opposite. Picked up bagged top soil and was asked in future to ring ahead. Today I rang ahead asking for 10 bags and the guy on the phone said he will see if someone wants to bag it up for me. What sort of attitude is that. You either sell it or you don't. Customer service has really dropped over the past couple of years.
I'd been using this place ever since I move to this area for personal and business use. The newer staff at the desk are so unfriendly that I find it hard to believe that they remain in business.

First class customer service and great range. Very friendly staff and they gave me a bag of river rocks at no cost. Definitely come here for all your garden needs.

Buy elsewhere. Very poor customer service & been given multiple different prices for the same product within 24 hour period.
Delivery charges are extremely high.

Bought some sandy loan to top dress my grass. No word of a lie the stuff has glass and rocks through it.

Never bought and thing from them never will. Again I have been tormented by their drivers, from tail gating, cutting off not indicating and going through red lights (as in not waiting for the light to turn green just taking off while it was red). I respect truck drivers, but it is also a two way street guys.

Found the customer service really disappointing. We asked very nicely if they could use their machine to just spread the materials out a little in our trailer & they were really quite rude in their response.

Because of covid we cannot go to places and see the product we like to buy, I ordered coarse mulch and turf soil from this place. 1 st picture shows how coarse mulch suppose to be. 2 nd picture what they delievered. Looks like more fine mulch then coarse. 3 rd picture is turf soil and its sandy. Thats how suppose to be. I bought from different place. Left from last year about half a cubic meter and I used it this year. Picture is taken about a week later I put new grass seed. And last picture I bought from Berwick sand. You can see the difference. Instead of sandy, its stony. Picture is taken 1 day after I put the new seed.

We purchased garden bed soil from berwick sand and soil. The quality of the dirt has resulted in amazing vege produce. Thx guys. Quality products and service.

These guys were great doing business with, ordered 7.6m3 concrete, arrived on time, the delivery driver was a great bloke easy going helpful and friendly, would reccommend, will use again for my next project.

It was very easy to deal with them. Bought concrete mix for a home project from them. Friendly customer service over the phone. The delivery driver was also friendly and patient.
Their prices were reasonable. Would like to recommend them.

Outstanding customer service by the 3 men here today, Over the phone and in person. All 3 were full of life, light hearted banter and just down to earth good ol’ Aussie blokes. I have already recommended to a few people who I know are in need of garden rocks. Thanks for the laugh

Used them a few times now for my smaller concrete jobs, their concrete is some of the best I’ve ever had - perfect and creamy and have been on time for every pour, highly recommend!

1m3 of 25 mpa concrete delivered smack on time in a busy period just 2 days b4 xmas 2019 with a helpful driver. Good quality mix. A nearby competitor had issues with the access, and stuffed me around but these guys went straight in. Brilliant

Just rang up to enquire about ordering concrete. First time I've ever done so (ordered concrete) and I had a bunch of dumb questions to ask about it, which they were only too happy to answer. Great customer service.

I had black tanned bark or mulch delivered to my house. Easy to organise and arrived on time. The problem was there were more nails nearly in all of the bark then there was actual bark itself. For the first few months I was wondering why I kept on getting punctures. Then I observed the birds picking the nails out of the tanned bark and throwing them onto the driveway next to the tanned bark. Years later I am still going through the same process every weekend when I do the gardening coming across at least five nails. Be sure when ordering bark from this establishment to ensure that you don't get half of a building site with your Tanned bark

They are the most incompetent people I've come across, they double book and then can't help you, and never on time. They are useless and would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Really bad customer service.

Needed 2 inches of top soil for the front yard that's 8 X 5 metres, was told I would need 3 cubic metres from them, only to actually need half a cubic metre and then told that they don't have the capacity to collect it. I am selling my house with a mountain of soil out the front. Complete rip off. Paid over $160 for only needing half a cubic metre. Never again!

Terrible customer service. Website says 8am opening on Sunday, waited almost an hour wasting time and money. Not happy
