The pottery tutor Janette was very knowledgeable and able to help each participant at their skill level. I was impressed how she helped a visually impaired man. Very positive and supportive. We all finished the class happy with a finished pot.

We have been going there for over 30 years. They are so helpful and concerned about their customers it is something sadly missed today. As a place to shop it is so great and interesting you can spend hours there it is the best place to shop for pots and garden decor that is around. Great job keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Huge selection of pots and collectable items. Prices are good to very good. Staff are knowledgeable and keen to help out. Sell some items not seen at other shops like this so worth the trip out. I like the old kilns with their age old patina of glazes. Worth it just to look at that.

This is a great place to visit if you want unique pots. It has pots ornaments water features and more. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are easy to talk to and don’t mind stupid questions. I highly recommend this place

Nice place, but overpriced by my opinion. Still lots of things you can buy there. Great cafe on site with nice selection of meals nicely presented.

This place is very well set out and organised. It has beautiful pottery in many shapes, sizes and textures. We enjoyed our time looking around.

. About 2 years ago I thought I had purchased a metal screen it I hadn’t. After realising I may not have paid for the item, I thought I could find it in my records of purchase but mysteriously I could not. So I decided to call Berwick Pottery to confirm either way and she said, “if you purchased it 2 years ago, don’t worry about it and continued to say give it to the nursing staff who are over worked and under paid for the hours of dedication”
What had happened was I selected the item to be purchased and (may I add with the intention to purchase it) my car was parked close by, so the garden assistant helped me get it in my car but instead of going back to the office to pay I forgot to pay it and just drove off. I have learned that I have momentary lapses of absent mindedness and that some people are really very kind and generous and I hope I’m forgiven. Thank you
