A complimentary loan car is a big plus for those long services
Staff have always been friendly and receptive. The technicians send a video of what's been done, from an ex mechanic perspective, that's awesome and reassuring. Keep it up

As far as I can tell the car service was good. A video of some of what was done is provided with an explanation. This is helpful. The complementary wash and vacuum is a nonsense, hence the reduced star rating. If you're not going to do it properly.then don't offer it.
