Berwick Kebabs

I have tried HSP’s all around Australia going to over 80 different places and this is the first kebab place that made me feel sick after eating would not recommend

I get a hsp from here. But chips were not fried well and meats were dry. There customer service was very bad.

Have been going here for years. The man who runs the shop is really lovely, always greeted with a smile. His kebabs and HSP’s are consistently delicious and he seems to really try his best at providing good quality of service. He also always picks up the phone without fail!

Kabab is so so. Before, it was good, but now I feel it plain, not tasty anymore. Only eat when get lazy and don't want to cook.

Worst customer service ever. Given wrong food and all you can say is sorry like it was no big deal and then had to go back again because it was to inconvenient for you to fix your mistake. Not good enough. Totally ruined our dinner yet again this isn’t the first time. Won’t be coming back!

I got a mixed kebab in a meal, but the chips were good. But the kebab meat was very dried and had no flavour. I add two sauce and asked for extra chill sauce. I didn’t get the sauce until the end of the kebab.

Definitely not the best kebab I have had

I bought the meat pack. It was well priced, a fair serving, but it was a little bit dry. The garlic sauce helped with that though. Very good!

Both wife and I got terrible food poisoning from this place. She had the falafel kebab, I had a mixed meat HSP with BBQ and Garlic Sauce, so ingredients were quite different must have been food handling.

I got the lamb kebab with galic sauce, medium chips and can of coke deal for $17 They gave me chilli sauce instead which i dont like, the chips weren't the nicest but were hot, the staff were friendly but most likely wont go back

I went there with my girlfriend and we ordered 2 mix kebab Hsp and 1 mix wrap.we had to wait an hour just for our order.
After trying the food it made me really sick and the food was full of oil and had a really bad smell as I could tell the meat wasn't fresh enough and also my partner noticed that they don't perform hand hygiene. The HSP had no sauce and the chips were dead as dried and the kebab had no lettuce or any sauce it was just filled with 2 slice of tomatoes and the rest was onion.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. DO NOT get a small HSP it's not even kids size it's that small. This was the first time I had been there and customer service is extremely poor and they were yelling back at me when I asked about it

A disgraceful experience. Got the order wrong. Speak broken English. Argue with you as to what your order was. Prepare people's orders that speak their language first while you wait. NEVER AGAIN!

Unbelievable. Very bad smell in restaurant. I was walking in and saw person using dirty hand everywhere using phone and then start making food with same hand without even gloves or washing hands. I’m gonna report to health inspector to check this site for sure how can they not see this I have seen many people not happy with their service. They terrible with everything after I saw using dirty hands I didn’t feel like eating

Food terrible, customer service is super terrible.
Great job for keep up the bad food. Your food made me sick for 3 days.
Vomit and nausea

The meat here is fantastic. Most places the meat is dry, however at Berwick Kebabs its very tender.

Best HSP's in the area! Consistently yummy. Not once has my order been wrong or late to arrive. Thanks for your great customer service EVERY time we order with you!

This time it was very bad! The chips looked uncooked, the order was wrong and made us wait longer than they said we had to, food was cold and gave us one HSP with no sauce and another with all of the wrong sauces. Very disappointed not sure if I would order here again! Ps staff wasn’t wearing their face masks properly.
