I can highly recommend Berwick Jewellers. I brought them my engagement and wedding rings to have them resized. They also checked them, rhodium plated and soldered them together. They look amazing and I couldn't be happier, thank you.

I had an absolutely incredible experience, I brought in my broken gold ring, and they worked their magic to fix it flawlessly. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was truly exceptional.

Johny the owner and his staff member I think (Lama) made me feel welcomed and valued. They took the time to understand my needs and assured me that they would take great care of my precious ring. And they absolutely did! The repair was completed with utmost precision, and when I received my ring back, it looked even more stunning than before.

I had received quotes from another jeweller for the repair of my engagement ring as I had lost a stone due to years of wear and tear. The lovely people at Berwick Jewellers have repaired my ring so it looks brand new and were kind and considerate as I was distressed about the damage I had done. Highly recommend.

Had my watch strap repaired and cleaned. Very happy with the results and experience. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Staff were amazing to deal with. They exceeded our expectations and made my watch work again after I went to different places and had no hope in it. There prices were excellent and I couldn't' have asked for a better experience.

I dropped off a ruby ring to have a claw fixed.
I paid upfront and my alarm bells rang when no details about the ring or the stone were recorded.
A week later I went to collect my ring…and the stone set into my ring was a sapphire.
The distress this caused me, to have to argue the point that the stone in my ring was not the stone I had left, was disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
I did receive a call the next morning, saying they had ‘found’ my ruby and that I could pick it up later in the day.
No one needs this stress, nor the shoddy workmanship on my ring - I now have a ring that has a claw which is much higher than the other three and a damaged stone which will need to be reset.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REPAIRS!

I had a ring custom made for my wife a few days ago. So happy with the outstanding job Berwick Jewellers have done. My wife loved it too. The lady at the shop was very kind and helpful. Great customer service, will definitely be back.

So disappointing, after waiting 4 mths when it was suppose to be 1 week. Wrong design and wrong rubies.

Great work done to convert my pearl neckless into 2 bracelets. They changed something sitting in a draw into a piece that my wife now wears everyday. They are very nice people you can trust when you leave your precious items. The quality on the pearl threads is perfection and will definitely come back for future work on my jewellery. Only downside is that they might not be fully present in the shop during their working hours, so give them a ring to be guarantied to have someone to see you.

I recently brought in my Wedding band to be resized and I was extremely happy with the end result. The workmanship on my band was exceptional. I also found the staff friendly, helpful and willing to listen to my personal requests. I would highly recommend this Jewellery Shop for repairs and custom made bespoke pieces.
