Have tried to call them on 20 occasions attempting to book a car service and no-one answered. Unable to book online as the system doesn’t give any engine sizes for my model and won’t move forward without it. Have to try another dealer to do the service unfortunately.

I had some issues with my car, and it has been fixed under warranty. Even the warranty was finished. What else does the customer want?
The service department is very effective and supportive.

This automotive dealership is part of the Barry Bourke enterprise and is the JLR Jaguar dealership for the Berwick/ Cardinia area. There are new vehicles and the site boasts plenty of desirable high-quality preloved vehicles for sale.
Very modern showroom and staff on hand who are more than happy to help you with any of your enquiries.
They also has a business manager on site to assist you with any loan enquiries you may have. Rates are competitive.
Worth a visit if interested in a new or preloved vehicle.

Very bad customer service. I am not sure if that person named John is still there. He literally argued with me not allowing me to speak. I had hand tremors due to my angry feelings and still he kept on arguing with me instead of comforting me. I will never forget my experience there. The customer service was so bad that it almost traumatised me. Hope he gets sacked or better close down the business if thats how you treat your customers, especially the ones who already bought a car!

Just wanted to give the guys at Berwick Jaguar a big shout out, in particular Leigh, Fabian and Tiasha.
When I spoke to Leigh he didn't have the car I wanted at the Berwick yard so he rang the Doncaster office and they had one, even though he knew he wouldn't be getting the sale he still provided me with 100% customer service.
I picked my car up from Doncaster last Saturday and the guys there were nice but very new to selling Jaguars, so couldn't tell me about the car or show me any features, also the spare key battery was flat, which was a little disappointing.
So, yesterday I went to Berwick and again Leigh was there to help me along with Fabian, who set the car systems for me and ran through the options etc, they also replaced the battery in the spare key.
I was then introduced to Tiasha, who organised the window tint for me no pressure, made it all very easy.
So thank you Leigh, Fabian and Tiasha for making my experience special.

I remember my experience of a little while back of visiting Berwick Jaguar to be very pleasant. I was looking at a car and although everyone was busy, and I remember James the Dealer Principal came out to see me to say that it wont be long and answered any immediate questions, Fabian was also pleasant. Will come back when the new F Pace comes out.

I bought a used Mercedez car. Went OK the first few days then the engine light showed on the dashboard brought the car back to them, after 1 week it got fixed and I was told that it was the thermostat causing the issue. Then after few days the car is just heating up, I know as long as it wont reach 120 degrees there is nothing to worry. John the manager told me that normal is up to 100 deg.that car's temp went up to 100 after a 15 minutes of driving! I also forgot to tell him that there is an alarm that says "check the coolant system" and top up the coolant. I have checked the coolant and its full. The fact that it says check the coolant system, then there is something wrong I could not speak because John wont give me time to speak. Is this how you treat your customer? I dont treat my patients in the hospital that way as a nurse! Very bad customer service and very rude and unprofessional. If I only knew I will never buy a car from them. The fact that they are selling luxury cars, I dont think their behaviour is close to luxury. They are only good at first because they want your money. Please think twice before buying a car from them because you will end lodging a complaint via the consumer affairs like my self, well it has to be done! Plenty of car dealership around the area, so shop around and AVOID this car dealership and dont speak to that man called JOHN.

The ad for the car i bought was on carsales I replied to the ad and had a prompt response later followed by a phone call by the salesman known as John which I found very pleasant.
I went in on the Saturday dealt with Ali and again very pleasant. From start to finish of me dealing with Berwick jaguar was amazing i could not rate it high enough. It was clean everyone was very friendly.
There was no expectations and I did not feel pressured into buying the car.

Takes me three trips to berwick jaguar to tell me that my battery Is running low.
I mean they advertise like their car can go to the moon and it takes their amazing technology and hard working engineers or mechanics to tell me after 3 trips over months that the car battery is low.
All i get is a bill for heavenly diagnostics made done on the rings of uranus and a key chain which i threw in the bin, probably you can give it to the next customer you keeps waiting standing next to your desks for 20 minutes for things you should have done in busy schedule which is giving people key chains as an award to their resilience and patience you take advantage off!

One of my staff rang to order parts and the parts representative (Darren) spoke to her in a rude and belittling manner

I had a great experience visiting Jaguar recently, helped by Nicola who answered all of my questions and had alot of knowledge regarding the car. Would definitely look at purchasing a car from there. Thanks Lisa
