We recently purchased our third Hyundai from Berwick Hyundai and from the get go Pedro was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike other dealerships we had visited, Pedro gave us space to breathe and look around. If we had any questions, he was then happy to answer them. It was a toss up between the Santa Fe Highlander or Toyota Kluger but we decided with Hyundai because we trust the brand, and because we received such great customer service. Pedro was very patient explaining all of the different vehicle variants and their features but most of all, he wasn't at all pushy! We even got a nice customised surprise video on the day of pick up! Cannot fault the service at this Hyundai. From Sales to service… Dana in service is always a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and friendly. Also their service guys and I believe Chris (head of service) are also all great to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Paul and Tyson were great to deal with in sales and also in showing us the Ioniq 5 and organising our test drive. All staff take the time to really talk to you and are so helpful and accommodating. We walked into the Berwick Hyundai dealership only 4 weeks ago desperately looking for a new car, as we are expecting baby number 2 in March. We had put a deposit down a Kia Sorento 6 months prior but with continuous delays, we knew we wouldn’t be able to get that car anytime soon.
We spoke to Billie and she was fantastic! We test drove the Hyundai Sante Fe Highlander and placed an order for it that day. They had the exact car we wanted already at sea and the whole process took less than 4 weeks. We are super happy we went with Hyundai and absolutely love our Sante Fe Highlander.

EASIER THAN BUYING A PAIR OF JEANS. Cold called the dealership looking for a Tuscon Elite, within 2 hours had a personalised video of the vehicle as we are over an hour away. Test drove the next day and picked up drove away 7 days later with all add ons completed and finance sorted. Well done to Jessica, will be back to see you when we need another car for Cellar Master Tours!

We could not fault the sales service at Berwick Hyundai. On the day we went looking at cars we went into other brand dealerships and were not approached. The complete opposite occurred at Berwick Hyundai where we were assisted by the receptionist until a sales person was available. We dealt with Ray who was outstanding in providing us with information we needed to know. The extra ‘small things’ such as video messages about the car were impressive to say the least. We would recommend this dealership and recommend the Hyundai car which has a quality finish and is value for money.
