7This was my third service and I felt the positive shift in the customer service area the moment I walked in. I dealt with James who was on the ball from the start and listened to me and I received a call earlier on in the day about what needed to be done to my car. When I picked my car up, the service area felt calm and organised compared to my other dealings. Was glad to hear changes had been made and I could tell! Well done team. Keep up the great work! Also good to hear service area opened on Saturdays.
Service dept is amazing! Had an issue with my car and Jo in the service dept got it straight in, ordered the parts, and got it fixed as soon as the parts arrived! Couldn't ask for more.

Full of lying experts. Poor services! Better try other dealer not this one. I ordered on end of July, and the contract said can delivered by the end of October. They change my deliver date without notifying me. If any thing can change easily without notifying customer, why should I sign a contract? Bullshiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!
Very Frustrating,
they just keep me on waiting and finally hang up.i tried again and experienced same thing again and again. I agree some time we all have trouble even i am a working as a customer service representative but they were not sure about their staff and rather than to give straight answer they just put me on hold and then hang up.very bad experience.

I’ve rang this service department and ordered the same part 3 times now. 3 times over a space of 4 months.
To be told each time, the part will be here in 2 weeks, and they would call when it was in.
They’ve never rang me back.
I’m not sure, has the part ever been ordered in? Or is there 3 of the same part sitting there and no one has bothered to call me? My guess, it never got ordered in.
Poor form.
Constantly told i will be updated but never was had to keep calling only to be told not today maybe tomorrow. This went on for 9 days before they said you can take car today and book it back in to replace worn parts.
Car was booked in to fix overheating issue which again car was there for 9 days. On the way home now and car just overheated. So 1200 dollars later, 9days having to catch public transport to work only to have to go back again.
