Receptionist was lovely and booked me in for a quote for after 3.00 as l work during the day. They decided to come at lunchtime, of course l was not home and not allowed phones during work hours. Bad customer service and need some more communication skills. Would not recommend.

Very professional. Large sliding door glass broke. They came at allotted time and measured up.
Quote was eeasonable and special glass had to be ordered. Came in well under predicted time and fitted. The guys were very good. Removed boots inside the house and cleaned up broken glass that was left.

I've purchased about half a dozen sheets of window glass over 12 months from Berwick Glass for renovations to my home.
They are a local business with a good feedback rating. The last two sheets of glass came in at over $100 a piece, a substantial increase over last years prices. They claimed there have been substantial price rises in the last few months.
Needing another sheet of glass, I decided to get a quote from another local supplier. It came in at half the price of Berwick Glass for the same product.
So I rang another local supplier, then another. All were within a couple of dollars of half the price of Berwick Glass. Learn from my mistakes. Shop around! My trust in this family owned small business doing the right thing has been betrayed.
I was fairly and squarely ripped off by Berwick Glass. Buyer beware!

Quoted a price less than other competitors and got the job done quickly. Did a clean and thorough Job, even helped me get the pram down the front steps so I could leave them to work. And when I broke another window the next day they were at my house within 3 hours to save me. Would definitely recommend to anyone on the area.
