Berwick Fields Primary School reviews
10Use to go here, it's kinda good but there is a lot of bullying and the teachers don't do anything but put them in time out or give a tap on the wrist and think that will fix everything. I made some good memories but not my little brother, he gets bullied and the teachers do nothing.
It's really good school. The teachers are amazing. But receptionist are always tired and not able to talk. Which is not good.
Great school with full of enthusiasm and supportive teachers My kids are in this school since prep and soon graduating. Highly recommended
Two stars are for their Team Kids program, which we use and is sensational.
It's a pity the same inclusive attitude isn't prevalent in the school itself.
I applied to send my son here in grade 4 for 2022.we literally live in the same street, but just out of their zone. I applied in August 2021. We were granted an online interview and asked about "funding" since my son was moving from a special school. He has no behaviour issues, so no funding. Email a few days later, sorry can't help you since you're "out of our zone".
Funnily enough, according to local Facebook forums dozens of other out of zone kids are being accepted but not ours.
Absolutely love this place.went there from 2011-2017.staff are absolutely lovely and the school actually cares about the kids.they handle bullying and disputes very well and care a lot about the environment.if i ever have kids i certainly want them to go there.
I'm in year 6 now, and this place is amazing!
I've been in this school since prep.
All the teachers are nice too.
If you are deciding to go to this school, you're right!
It has good education to.
This is also a very easy place to make friends, cause we had a new student in our class and on that particular day, he became friends with us!
:) Ps: Best school ever!
This school allowed for a smooth transition to Kambrya College where I attended the SEAL Program and then transitioned to Suzanne Cory High School
PS Berwick Fields should change the staff now and then
Last time I was at Berwick Fields I was in grade 2 as i drive past it it looks all different when i was last there.
What an amazing time I had here. Many fond memories of my childhood comes from my years at Berwick fields. I love telling stories to my young cousins who still go here. I Went here from 2008 to 2012 and loved the atmosphere and the drive and passion that all the teachers had. Cheers to all the teachers I've had over the years for being there for me.
I always think back and say "I miss the good old Berwick fields days" even though its been a couple of years.
Can I just point out that the cubby building area started with me and my friend who built small houses in the trees behind the wetlands but Mr Painter (vice principle) caught us and he decided to set up a specific are for cubby building (I tell my cousins this story and they are amazed:). I spent almost every snack and lunch there from grade 3 to 4.
Some of the other great moments were during the first and second year of production back when it started in 2011.
The first years of mini feat cannot be outdone as I've heard how it is these years. My cousins always tell me how mini feat is not the same anymore as the passion for it has gone and that its to repetitive and not enough creativity is put into it.
This was just some things I've mentioned out of all the best moments at Berwick fields. The photo was from when we had the Berwick fields five year anniversary. The arrow shows where I am
This must have have been the dumbest school that my son went to. In year 6 no program-times table, no homework, no merit card unless you were both good in academics and sports - how ridiculous, no second language, not allowed to talk to teachers on parent teacher nights.must I go on.the whole year 2017 was a total waste of his time.he would have been better off staying home studying on his own.
