Berwick cycles have always been great to deal with. Recently had motor issue with my Levo HT. They arranged for a warranty replacement motor from Specialized and had me back on the road in a few days. Great service, highly recommend them.

I’m not happy the package that I’ve received. It should come with other 3 accessories items but they are all missing.
Email and text messages sent but no response after a day.
This is my first time to buy it online in this website but didn’t impressed.
They should improve their delivery package service.

Brought some mountain bike shoes for my husband online as a gift. They fitted perfectly and the service I received was fast and efficient. I was very happy that I could exchange them within 30 days of receiving them, but we didn’t have to. Highly recommend, thanks guys

Fast easy service, ordered my helmet via eBay but a tracking number was given within 2hr and helmet was in my hands in 2 business days. Great easy service

Just had my road bike serviced at Berwick Cycles. It's my first time using their services and they knocked it out of the park. The service at drop off and collection was amazing, the staff were very honest and knowledgable and the head mechanic is an artist. He did an amazing job on my bike and even went the extra mile to look for replacement hood covers because they don't make the originals anymore. Will definitely go back.

Berwick cycles has amazing customer service and are very helpful with whatever you need. If you ever need something for your bike I strongly recommend coming here.

Solid shop and very knowledgeable staff. Helped me sort out a warranty issue with a frame as well as sourcing some proprietary replacement parts. Both were occasions were prompt and patient with getting me back out and riding.

I cannot recommend these people highly enough, the service and advice were superb! My order was well packed and shipped very promptly. I will be back.

They guys were a pleasure to deal with purchased a bike off them recently and i could not speak higher of the level of not only customer service which was great with quick answers to much questions both via email and phone. They also set up my bike while i was there and helped me out with anything i needed. Need anything for your bike go to these guys won't regret it.
