Ber's Butcher

So rude! I asked for Scotty who used to help me out with all jerky questions. First the lady told me he doesn’t work there anymore, so I asked what kind of cuts she would recommend, then she just hung up on me.

When I called back she again didn’t listen to me and put me on to someone else who “can’t just make the meat suddenly appear” with a rude attitude as well. Absolutely lost me as a customer, I can see why Scotty is no longer there. Terrible, stay away. Hope he runs his own place now. Very poor service.

I have never been greeted by such an unhappy team. I felt I was an inconvenience to the staff by just being there. I will never shop at this butcher again. There are so many butchers out there who are only happy to help the customers.

Most my experience with local butchers is often met with lovely smiles, warm greetings and overall wonderful service. This is not the case with Ber’s. You’re greeted with a grimace or disinterested greeting, and are left feeling as though you are inconveniencing them with just your presence. The produce is…ok but not good enough to account for the poor attitude. And though I would always encourage supporting local businesses, with Woolies literally just next door, save yourself the bad vibes and go there instead. It’s a shame really.

Great Butcher with awesome, fresh meat. A great Variety. Friendly Staff who go out of their way to get you what you want. 5 Stars all the way.

Good quality and good variety of different Meats that are well priced, my go to Butcher with friendly service.

Bought some basic beef sausages, apparently gluten free, not that I care about that. They tasted absolutely horrible, one family member ate an entire sausage and now feels a bit sick. They left a weird bright orange residue in the frying pan. A kilo of sausages that have now gone in the bin.

Can not thank you enough! During these tough times I have struggled not been able to be close to my mum. Mum works very hard to look after the elderly for the council and to ensure their safety I and family must keep her safe. The least I could do is ensure she had everything to cook herself a decent meal and keep up her strength. Thku to Bers butchers for your absolutely amazing service!
