Bernard’s Bakery

I had the pleasure to work at Bernards Bakery and it was not up to my standards although I don't think they really have any unfortunately. Poor Management, dirty work environment with rude and demanding supervisors. Policy is too send out anything even if it's been on the ground, Moth's get into the food and they don't care. Ant's on the benches in the packing area, I pointed this out only to be ignored, absolutely disgusting. Hope the health inspector pays them a visit, seriously and that's only part of the contamination issues. They don't even warrant ONE please clean up your bakery and eliminate all bugs and pests and get the plastic bread trays clean because I'm not sure they ever get cleaned. How a buissnes can operate like this is beyond me. Good luck with everything as I will never eat anything that comes out of that premises. Check it out for yourself?

Bought one of their mud cakes at IGA last week and it was so much better than the stuff I've bought from Woollies or Coles. Really moist cake, even after being frozen. I'll be buying them again.

Quality products but poor treatment with staff. They do not follow work ethics. Sometimes no breaks even they are unpaid. Most untidy workplace.
