I came across Berloni Appliances when buying my Schweigan exhaust for my bathroom - they were so knowledgeable and were fantastic. When I was organising the kitchen renovations, we didn't hesitate to go back to Berloni and dealt with Adrian. He was superb - his knowledge of all products was amazing and unbiased. He also gave us advice on kitchen design and what was best for our situation - above and beyond any other sales person. Pricing was fantastic and gave us more discount than we thought was possible - they are absolutely very competitive with the other popular company. They are a family business and love their work and want to help in anyway - the way business used to work. Let me first say that Berloni really know their products, in this case, range-hoods. I was able to source the right one in replacing mine without any carpentry needed in my kitchen. When it came to customer service, Robert had been very quick in solving the issue. I was more than pleased with his action. No if. No but. That’s the way good CS should be. I have had a great experience, dealing with all the 3 Aparo brothers. Way to go!

I have purchased many products over the years from Berloni. A family run business with a wealth of knowledge around the products that they sell. Exceptional customer service and advice, quality products, great prices and above all very friendly and honest. Even aftercare service is outstanding. Following my recent purchases, I would highly recommend Berloni as these qualities have remained consistent over the years and I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

This was my first experience with Berloni on the recommendation of family members who had visited many years ago.

I was sceptical at first as surely their service still couldn't be that good. I was so incredibly impressed with the advice, service and after sales care I received.

We were recommended to contact Adrian from a family member and from day one have received fantastic customer service from him, he has always gone above and beyond in helping my wife with our appliance needs. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We live in rural NSW, over 5 hours away. However, choose to contact Adrian over the chain stores when we need to replace/upgrade our white goods.

All the staff were super helpful finding the right appliances for our requirements and also following up logistics queries after purchase. The after sales service was great.
