We have bought several pieces of quality furniture at Berkowitz Furniture, Moorabbin. The staff have been fantastic. Professional, friendly and courteous and most accommodating of our requirements. I would highly recommend both the beautiful furniture on offer and the amazing staff.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The communication was excellent. The delivery drivers friendly and efficient. Delivery arrived right on time and I am extremely happy with my dining table and chairs.

Bought a dining table following an enquiry via the chat option. Emily couldn't have been more helpful. She was so efficient and so polite. Justin was my second point of contact and he too was absolutely wonderful to deal with. So efficient. What a team!

We needed to replace a recliner chair, so after visiting several stores in the Moorabbin area, we met Joe at the Berkowitz store.
Old fashioned, genuine service at its best, we decided to buy 2 lovely Nordic chairs and were not disappointed.

We went into Berkowitz essendon on the weekend and were served and helped by David Clarbour who was absolutely fantastic to deal with! He was kind and honest and knew what he was talking about and just made us feel very confident that we were being given the best possible advice with our best interest at heart. Our salesperson was Sharon at the Essendon store. The whole experience was exceptional. Sharon couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. We chose a couch that is manufactured in Melbourne and I would estimate that she rang the manufacturer 10 different times to get answers to our questions. Each time it was no trouble. The manufacturer she spoke to was also very accommodating in agreeing to make the many changes we requested. The quality and price of the couch was fantastic. We had been to many other stores but none of them provided the customer service and the quality and value of the furniture we found at Berkowitz.

We dealt with a Lovey Lady in the DFO store Essendon called Sharon, she had an excellent combination of product knowledge and customer service, through answering all our questions, we found a great deal on a modular couch and buffet. All round, inviting store and great staff.

I dealt with David from the Essendon store today and last week and I am extremely happy with his customer service and knowledge. I've been recommending David and the shop to all my family and friends because I've had such a great experience with them and they have beautiful furniture.

Had a fabulous experience at Berkowitz Essendon today.
Initially I went during the week to suss out my interest in their product. Staff seemed helpful and professional without being pushy.
Even though I dismissed the original suggestion as to what best suited my requirements, they were patient with my enquiries.
I decided to return to Berkowitz Essendon today as the quality of furniture as well as the service of their professional sales force and interest in my needs far exceeded elsewhere in the area.

We attended Berkowitz (Essendon) and spoke to Emmanuel after a positive experience purchasing furniture from him at the same store about 18 months ago. He was again an absolute professional. He is generous with his time and knowledge, thorough in his approach and communicates clearly and transparently. (Furniture is also great based on the couch, table, chairs and unit we bought last time!)

It's been 10 days since I purchased my furniture and my review was pending since. This review is for my experience in your Essendon store.
Firstly, I would like to acknowledge David Clarbour's effort, he is a fantastic sales person. My parents are here from overseas and the way he explained things with patience and provided my family space to discuss amongst ourselves was exceptional. My parents were really happy with the customer service. He is definitely my go to person for all next purchases and will surely be recommended in my friend circle.
Secondly, I would like to acknowledge the store manager, I am really impressed with his management style.
My furniture is yet to be delivered and I am eagerly waiting for it. Thank you Berkowitz Essendon for the amazing experience till now.

Today very happy with service. And DAVID even phoned IAN the general Manger to get spacial price for me, no other sales person did for me. DAVID is the best sales man ;)

My husband and I spent quite some time shopping here on the weekend. The staff were so helpful and chatty, in particular Emmanuel. Excellent Service! Myself and my partner always return to the Essendon Berkowitz store for our furniture needs. Andrew and David never disappoint no matter what our needs are or how difficult we can be in having our requests met. We just purchased a lovely dinning setting and they were so involved in the entire process of making decisions. Not for a second did we feel like they were trying to make a sale (I know, having over 20 years sales experience). They were so genuine! As well as funny. We had a great, easy and relaxed experience and they made making choices, including what fabric to have, stress free. If you want authenticity in character, real genuine opinions and helpfulness and a giggle on the side, these guys are ones to assist you. Without reservation, I make the statement. They deliver the best service over any furniture store in Melbourne. We continue to end up back there in their store for their product and A+ customer service. Thank you Andrew and David for putting up with us and going way beyond what was necessary. You guys are truly amazing. Thank you!

The Springvale store service and product range were fantastic. My wife purchased a beautiful dinning table and chairs and the experience was quite delightful. Well done Berkowitz Springvale we will come back again.

If you want the best deal on furniture with the most professional and enthusiastic service, do not go past the Berkowitz Essendon store and ask for David. Not only did he source the lounges we wanted from the manufacturer, he beat any competitors' prices, kept us constantly up to date and even emailed us hand drawn specs of the sofas, indicating the fabric and timber chosen. I have never experienced such a fantastic level of service and dedication ever. It is obvious David loves his work and presents as the utmost professional with the highest level of product knowledge and keeness to deliver customer satisfaction. Although we live in Warranwood, we will be definitely driving back to Essendon for every future furniture purchase!
